Excellent service
I ordered a personalised alarm clock on Sunday night and it arrived this morning (Wednesday). My only improvement suggestion would be to receive an email acknowledgement of the order rather than just the Hermes confirmation. I would also say the Hermes delivery person just chucked the item on the doorstep without ringing so maybe look at another courier service but that does not reflect on the fantastic speed and execution of the engraving and sending the item.
