Customer Service
My review is not about the products, it is about customer service or lack of. L'Oreal covers severals brands e.g. Giorgio Armani, Lancome. The customer service which can be by chat or phone is really bad. The consultants on the phone are polite and friendly but do nothing to solve an issue. In emails, I am not sure if only bots are used. I think this must be the case because the emails are not read and there are repeated requests for information already given. This is not new, last year I was informed an internal overhaul was taking place and that was the reason given. It really disappoints me that such a big company which sells good products doesn't value their customers. This last contact was not about a complaint I was simply informing about an issue with a product which appeared to be faulty.
