Let down! Shocking business …

We moved into a new property and the boiler started to fail after a month. We checked the details left my the previous owners and contacted the company above who completed the annual service 3 weeks before we moved in.

They didn’t come back for two days when we could have been without heat as I confirmed the boiler kept switching off.

They finally emailed to say they don’t have a contract with us but with the previous owner and they therefore were not responsible for the boiler any longer and that I would need to find another company. They didn’t even quote to come help us, which to me suggests they know they didn’t do the job right previously. Terrible behaviour and non existent customer service or accountability, wouldn’t recommend!

Disgraceful poor Service

This company is disgraceful...
I belong to a housing association that when Lord Combustion came to service my boiler they sent two workmen...When i asked why they blamed my housing...
This caused me stress..
Having complained to my housing they now blame Lord Combustion...
Basically they treated me like im not to be trusted in my own home
They took it upon themselves to send two workers to service my boiler two years in a row without explaining this or informing my housing association...
I have complained to GreenSquareAccord of which they say this should not of happened...Very poor service ...
I have tried calling Lord Combustion of which they have now blocked my number...
I would not recommend this company as Mr Greg Jones their manager lied to me saying it felt like Lord Combustion was caught up in my situation...
