I ordered MLC Dual Stereo Line Mixer MKII recently and it was delivered within 2 days from Germany to The Netherlands. I received an email about the process from Frank and it was so friendly.
I'd like to give some feedbacks;
The interface used on the website is a bit outdated, if we consider the quality and cost of the products sold, a more professional interface could be made. One of the payment method is paypal and it adds extra comission. Since the prepayment part is not explanatory, I hesitated to choose this option and proceed. It seems that only Frank is probably behind this business and maybe he could get professional help for the website (other payment methods, shipping tracking, order tracking, etc.). The product packaging is good, but it would be more stylish if he preferred packages with the loopersparadise brand on them.
Overall it was great! I hope I'll order more awesome products from loopersparadise in the near future!

Won't be in business much longer...
Couldn't refund VAT (with a valid VAT nr) so wanted to return. Got called mutiple times in a row while at work, and multiple emails asking to never order at Loopersparadise again. Like anyone with this kind of service would want to. Also charges you the Paypal fees without any notification, and expensive shipping.
Horrible experience, can't imagine a business like this will stay afloat for much longer, especially with stores like Thomann as alternatives.
