I ordered a box for the month of May on a one off monthly payment, they sent me 2 boxes and charged me for 2. I then checked my bank account to find that they had taken payment for 4 boxes at a cost of £60. I was on live chat when they cut me off after telling me they wouldn't help. I then had notification that they were delivering 2 boxes for the month of June. They were returned by Royal Mail to Look Fantastic as the delivery option I had chosen refused delivery. I have been on live chat today to ask why they have not refunded me as they have confirmed that the boxes were returned to them. It is impossible to find an email address for customer service and it's also impossible to speak to anyone!

Another brilliant buying experience. I bought Parfums De Marly Sedley for more than 10% cheaper than the next lowest priced seller. It arrived quickly, tracked by Royal Mail 48 despite selecting the free postage. The item was in perfect condition. I've done a full check for authenticity and it's the real deal. It's even a very recent batch, only made a few months ago. The seller even threw in some great samples.

I can't fault this little company. Their communication is great and they're my go-to now. The best prices I've found and their service is first class, which isn't a given in the fragrance game (see my other reviews).

I'm very grateful. Would give more stars than 5 if I could.

I've ordered Parfums De Marly Carlisle for a much better price than other retailers. The next best price was £10 more, and it would have been shipped from overseas, so who knows if I'd have had to have also paid import charges. With Look Good, Feel Great, Smell Fantastic, this was sent well packaged and arrived the next working day despite free postage.
The chap who runs this business messages directly and responds quickly.
I've also verified authenticity, and it's fully legit.
I'll always buy my fragrances from here from now on. 5 stars isn't enough.

Subscribed to the beauty box subscription, however when the subscription had lapsed, I requested to cancel the subscription, where they sent me an email confirming the subscription would be cancelled but Klarna kept on take taking the payment from my account. I raised a ticket with Klarna and uploaded the confirmation email from Look Fantastic confirming that my subscription would be cancelled, however Klarna then said Look fantastic had not cancelled the subscription and they continued to take payment from my account. I emailed Look Fantastic again who confirmed that the subscription had been cancelled only to find out again the following month that Klarna had taken the payment again?? If you subscribe to the beauty box subscription, please be aware that it is impossible to cancel the subscription and you will be continually billed for months on end for boxes that you’ve tried to cancel for months on end. I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription for approx 4 months now and yet every month they still take the payment.
If you want to subscribe to the beauty box, please so do so with caution, as it is impossible to cancel. I now get 2 boxes every month that I have not subscribed to and they still take the payment without my consent… bad service!

I was concerned with so many fakes out there, it’s so hard to try a new company. This company is spot on. I got the Tom Ford Oud Wood. Royal Mail delivery as well so you know your parcel is not going to be left in some random bush. Will be saving them and coming back.

Amazing experience with these guys. Was doubtful at first as never heard of them and the price did seem a little too good to be true. Bought 125ml PDM Haltane for nearly £100 cheaper than retail. Arrived next day. Will be ordering more from here in the future

Overall, a really great experience. Will be using this shop for any future orders. Customer service was really good. Helped with my request, even though he didn’t need to, as I made a mistake. The product was really competitively priced. It is also genuine, which is always a risk when shopping online. Was also given some testers. Items packaged nicely. Hope this helps other people.

I was hesitant to purchase from an online store I had not heard of before but I communicated through the webchat and the owner was happy to provide me with product images and batch codes to put my mind at rest. I was also technically quite late for a next day delivery order, but they reassured me they could still post this out in time and, sure enough, it arrived before lunch the next day.
I ordered Delina La Rosée at a competitive price. Having scrutinised the packaging very carefully against other PdM boxes, I was confident this was an authentic item. Now I have sprayed the perfume, the quality and longevity of the fragrance provide the final reassurance that this is a trustworthy shop. I will be looking out for other fragrances from this site in future.

Despite the order confirmation printout inside having my correct address, the package outside had one down the road! Thankfully was able to figure it out between the post lady and neighbour.

Bought a bottle of PDM Haltane as the price was great, which did have me skeptical at first, but read the reviews and pulled the trigger. I have a tester of haltane already from the PDM discovery set and I can safely say the bottle and tester smell exactly the same, if anything the bottle smells better. Will be buying from here again, can’t beat the prices.

They are extremely good value for money but also offer a great service. I put the wrong shipping address on my order. As soon as realised I emailed them and they responded immediately, they changed the address, then emailed me a few times to keep me updated. The emails came from one of the directors who was charming and efficient. Small businesses like this, that work hard to offer both value and service, deserve to do well and deserve our support. Try them.
