I’ve had a dragon egg for about four years and have had no issues. I got another one and it failed within about three weeks. Customer service replaced it without any hassle.

Experienced technical issues with seahorse pro plus but Lookah was super helpful and understanding with sending a new one and making sure everything was handled correctly.

I don't want to be that person that wishes they could make zero stars but oh my God. This company had a label made 4 days after I took the order I saw on here that it could take a little longer than that but whatever right? No. For 3 weeks they never sent it every time I reached out they said they were "reaching out to logistics" I had no other contact other than a third party until 3 weeks later the day I said I'm requesting a refund from my bank because it felt like a scam . They then sent me a picture and link to my ordered item and the shipping The ordered item link actually says I'm blocked from the website. Weirdly I'm not I can still get to it on Google but they can't even send a link right so how am I expecting my order to show up? They then kept ignoring my answers when I requested refunds repeatedly saying they would resend it which at this point I'm completely over because if I ever need to get new percolators or anything else I have to deal with this again. They then lied since I paid through sessle they told me that I have to cancel through sezzle. That's not true it's the vendors that you purchased from that have to start that process. There's still refusing to do it and just saying that they're going to resend me one if I want to essentially holding a hostage. I'm actually having to go to my bank in person to deal with this at this point do not buy from these scanning piece of shit. I would not wipe my dog's ass with their customer service. (Apparently you can't swear In these reviews but they deserve nothing but the worst)

I am very happy with the way that my claim was handled and you were all very helpful in the whole situation of the guitar that I had purchased and the warranty and return of the product and you sood behind your product 100 percent.

My hookah stopped working and they were awesome and replaced it and offered a battery as well!

My dragon egg threw an error 9 code customer service resolved the issue with a new replacement. I also love my looks seahorse I’ve had it for about 2 years so trusty and fun

Support was spot on! Very responsive I was actually suprised when I didn’t have to go to bed and wake up and still hear nothing back. All while it’s 1-4 am and I’m constantly getting helped! I will say with the octopus one big thing I think the brand should focus on is the water aspect of things. Having it look like a vape is perfect! But if the water could be held in just a little more secure, but even with that being said they still get my 5 star review!!

Welp my word of mouth is Lookah is a liar company that is ran into the dirt by a bunch of useless financial receivers taking money from the company and putting in zero work
When submitting a message once I hit send it refreshed the page erasing all of my entries in the message form and a notification that said I need to prove I'm not a robot. There is no way the website gives you an option to prove your not sla robot so they are 100% scheduled themselves on how they will manage customers concern's is to ignore and gaslight the customers leaving the customers to think they're not doing something right and that's why Lookah is lie to you and steal your money and provide you with trash junk and zero appreciation for your purchase. Idk how it's legal, my guess is they bank on there victims they scam not to go to the card issuer and apply for a charge back.
Never buy these Lookah products ever you might be happy only temporary until they screw you over because you supported them in the first place.
