Great product, easy to order

The reason why I gave 4 star os cos LTS brand comes up small i ordered my normal size which is a size 10 and I have to return it , and goes 2 sizes up with is 12 , the boots are so comfy however I have to keep pulling it up cos it keep going down and I hated this overall the boots is nice.

I am very glad that LTS continues to make clothing for tall women, it is one of the few companies I know has clothes that will fit me. But I never received my most recent order. Yodel's tracking system said my package was "out for delivery" one day, but they never delivered it. For two weeks, the tracking just said "we have it". They never reached out to me, and I could not find a way to contact them. Then they returned it to LTS, and I was refunded most of my money. Very disappointing!

Really pleased with the knitted wide leg trousers, great fit and length, so pleased I immediately bought another identical pair in black, also in green. Would love it if you could produce other shades in brown, camel to cream.

Quick delivery, spot on size wise and a bargain in the sale - quality items and certainly would have ordered more but wasn't quick enough!

Some items fit perfectly whilst others, which were exactly the same but just different colours were slightly different sizes. Other items whilst being the same size were huge and a jumper deisgned for tall people is only just long enough in the body and sleeves. A huge mixed bag really, definitely need to try before you buy and it's a shame that you are charged for return postage and that too many returns results in additional charges when the fit and quality of the products varies so wildly. LTS you need to do better, especially as you pretty much seem to have the monopoly on tall ladies clothing these days.

Fantastic quality products for the tall woman, and such reasonable prices. I will be buying from LTS regularly in 2026.

Dreadful returns policies. Gift cards are applied to all items purchased so if you return part of your order and have paid over your gift card amount you only get a partial refund on that amount spent over. The rest on the gift card. Therefore, you end up spending more with them. Refund gift card codes don't work so you are constantly onto customer services. Don't even try phoning them as either no answer or cut off. This means endless emails. You also have to spend the whole gift card in one go which often results in spending over what you would choose to in order not to lose any. Another way of getting you to spend more!
Update. In the end a very helpful customer services rep, Izzy, did phone and resolve my issues after several codes wouldn't work. However, LTS need to look at how gift vouchers need to be spent in one go and how they are applied to items purchased. I have had to spend an extra amount both with their refund policy and then trying to spend the refund given on a gift card in full.

All I can say is perfect

My granddaughter loves the jeans and they fit well.

I purchased items from Long Tall Sally in two separate orders, and returned some of the products that were the wrong size for me. 10 weeks later and at least 3 chaser emails and I still have no acknowledgement of return, nor refund of monies - despite me sending all details of postage receipts. I don't know whether the issue is intentional, or whether the systems are really just so bad that they cannot cope, but I will certainly not be using this store again.
