I ordered from LTS in Dec 2025. I purchased 2 items. There were shipping delays but I finally received a sealed package in January. There was only one item in it. LTS said because the shipping weight matched the delivery weight, they couldn’t offer a refund for the missing item that was never shipped. I’ve been dealing with customer service for months and they continue to refuse to refund me or ship a replacement for goods not received. Order from this company at your own risk

Following a protracted experience in January 2026 to replace a faulty pair of PJ bottoms, a new pair arrived. After a couple of wears, a large hole appeared on the outer leg seam. These have been returned as well.

No more. The quality is appalling.

I wouldn’t bother. I purchased two pairs of Long Tall Sally maternity leggings during my pregnancy, and I was initially thrilled, as I had struggled to find practical, smart everyday clothing that fits. Unfortunately, both pairs of leggings developed holes, and the seam split on one pair, all within just a few weeks of wear. I also purchased a pair of maternity jeans, and the elastic waistband developed a hole as well. The leggings are so thin that you can see through the fabric, making these items impractical and scruffy looking. Very disappointing, especially for the price paid!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality, particularly as options for tall women during pregnancy are already so limited. I expected much better durability and comfort at this price point.

Improved quality of product.

Your service is fine. Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Easy to be refunded. However, as a customer for something like forty years, I do wish you could have a higher quality range as you once did. I find your garments are all down to a price and although they are cheap they look and feel it. My daughter and I are very tall and buy mostly from you because of size. Not every customer who is tall is hard up.

I had to ask to receive a confirmation email; this should have been an automatic.

They charged me for items I returned properly/clean/with tags/etc. I send them the receipt that stated I send the package, they didn't care. It's really, really, really bad. So watch out! This is an expensive joke.

Probably worst order I've ever purchased! The sizes were completely out of sync as the usually are.

Disappointing quality again. I bought the cream sweater with a frill top. It’s a decent fit but the material is awful. It’s so static it makes my hair stand on end!
LTS can’t you improve the quality of your clothes? I’ve been using your company for 40+ years but since the new company took over the quality is appalling. I’d rather spend more money on a product and get decent materials.

Quality is not what it used to be and sizes are a gamble. Customer service is horrendous, they refuse to refund sales tax on returns. I was told this in an email when I questioned them on it. I also returned a pair of chinos with a definite discolouration and they did not reimburse me for return shipping, as they state they would for faulty items. I had been a customer for many years, but since they have changed hands, they have really gone downhill.

I ordered LTS Tall Black Cotton Longline Hoodie. It was delivered in good time, but, when I opened the package, I could not get the zipper open. I finally got it open and I see that a couple of the teeth are not in line so, the zipper doesn’t work properly. In order to return it, I would have to pay an additional $27 - which I don’t want to do, so, I’m keeping the hoodie - which is great and fits nicely - but will always have an issue with the zipper. I likely won’t order from this company again.

Purchased two pairs of jeans for my daughter. She removed the tags on one pair after she tried them on. Hours later she realized the jeans did not have front pockets. Too late to return that pair. Started return on 2nd pair, to realize there is a $22 charge to return. The original delivery charge was only $12. I did not find any where on their website the amount that would be charged, except in UK. This is completely outrageous and Long Tall Sally will never be purchased from again.

Absolutely loved most of the pieces I ordered and was so excited to finally have found a shop where so many pieces fit me really well as a tall woman. Nonetheless I sent some pieces back for a refund, got an email confirming that my returned items had been received over two months ago and still haven't received my refund until today!!! Contacted support multiple times and no answer… absolutely disappointing!! LTS scammed me for over 200€

I did not receive the parcel as stated and when I called to complain, I was told it had been delivered to a road, "only 5 minutes away" but no number of the property was available.
It should not be for me to go hunting down a delivery that was paid to come to my home.
I was then sent a form to complete which I can't access to complete. This form says Police may be contacted! Are you calling my character into question?
This is appalling customer service and I will not be ordering from you again.

I bought the smallest size of pj's, US 4-6. Pants were HUGE. In the past the pants have had a drawstring so no matter how big they were you could cinch them tight. These did not have a drawstring so they will basically fall right down. "Tall" girl doesn't necessarily mean "big" girl. I'm 5'10", 138 lbs. Either make smaller sizes (tall junior worked best for me in the past) or at least add that drawstring again.

I have been a U.S. customer of Long Tall Sally for over 20 years, dating back to when they had physical stores in the United States. I recently ordered a pair of pants and a sweater. Both items were true to size, but I did not like how they looked on me and wanted to return them.

That’s when I discovered a major issue for U.S. customers. I was informed by Long Tall Sally customer service (Eman) that all returns must be shipped back to the UK at the customer’s expense. The return postage was over $95, while my total order was $90.30. Because the return cost was more than the purchase price, returning the items was not reasonable, and I was forced to keep them.

For a brand that historically served U.S. customers—and still actively markets to them—this return policy is unacceptable. Tall clothing is often trial-and-error, and forcing U.S. customers to absorb international return shipping costs makes ordering extremely risky.

I do not recommend that U.S. customers purchase from Long Tall Sally unless they are prepared to keep everything they order. Without a U.S. return option, the risk outweighs the value.
