Lone Star Western Decor Reviews 

Wow, I recently receive this adorable wind chime from Lone Star Western Decor. It is so beautifully made and has a soft, gent sound blowing in the Arizona winds. It truly exceeded my expectations and fits in well with our Arizona decor.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased a king quilt set, throw pillow & 2 European shams! While the shipping was very quick then products were not. The first issue was that everything smelled like rotten fish which is gross. Second for products that are not cheap by any means, these products all feel like they were made for $10 and not good quality at all! I quickly emailed the company letting them know that we were not happy at all and we would like to start a refund process. The company did email me back quickly but stated I needed to call to start a refund process and that they don’t provide return labels… so on top of spending a couple hundred dollars on bedding and it being crap, they stated I would have to purchase a $25 label to return the products.. I’m sorry what?!? So because their products are awful and I want to return, I have to pay extra to return them the products… absolutely ridiculous!! I don’t recommend purchasing from them!

After I placed my order and had paid for it, I found out it would take more than 18 days for them to ship, but as it turned out it shipped sooner. When I received my order (a coverlet set), it was not as described. The online description stated microfiber and acrylic blend, but when it arrived it was polyester and acrylic and had a texture like burlap. Moreover, it cannot go into a dryer and must be line dried which was also not disclosed in the description. When I tried to telephone their customer service to find out about returning their bargain-basement quality merchandise, I got a recording after waiting a while and then was abruptly disconnected. I feel their business practices are deceptive and not being able to reach customer service by telephone is frustrating at best. Cheap poor-quality merchandise.

This company's products are quality! Shipping faster than they told me it would be. So nice after my previous 2 mistakes buying from different companies advertised on Facebook. I almost gave up ordering quilts & rugs online. Then my friend told be about Lonestar. GOOD company!
