Unpaid Damage

My husband and I were at a restaurant for a friend’s birthday party and Lone Star Valet parked our Escalade. Upon leaving the party, the valet went to get our car but came back and stated that she couldn’t get it into park. We went to our car to find the shifter in pieces and the car undriveable.

We filed a claim with LSV asking for them to take responsibility for their employee’s actions. They refused to do so, stating that the employee said she didn’t break the shifter and that if she did it was our fault because it was our car and things break on cars. Here’s the thing, the car wouldn’t move with the damage she caused, so it had to have been caused by her or she would not have been able to park it in the first place. Regarding LSV’s assertion that things break on cars so it wasn’t their fault, that’s ridiculous! Things don’t just break. People break them and the LSV employee was the one who broke the shifter in my car.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND NOT PAY FOR IT!!!
