Unfortunately, Lonestar Transfer was unable to cancel our timeshare contract with the Hyatt Vacation Club. Long story. However, I am still giving Lonestar Transfer high marks for fully refunding what we paid them, since we are now past their guaranteed time limit to resolve the timeshare. No hassle, no questions, full refund. Beth was terrific to work with on that - quick and easy and that was greatly appreciated! I expected a fight and was happy not to have one over this. Shame on HVC though. So lame!

It did not take nearly as long as we anticipated. We paid to end 2 separate contracts even though they were interwoven. We wanted to be sure we were done.

Mt entire experience with Lonestar was wonderful. They told me on our initial call that they would get me out of this Timeshare nightmare, and they did exactly that.
Their professionalism, and sensitivity to our circumstance was refreshing. Those things combined with the highest level of customer service was phenomenal.

This company ignores your request and continues to harass me by calling my phone. I have asked several times to be removed.

I researched extensively to end my Time Share contracts after multiple years of paying contracts and annual fees. After adhering to all bylaws and meeting financial obligations they refused to end my contracts, and I could not find a solution.

I called and explained my situation and they spoke very positively of the possibility of relief and the procedures to so do. We put a plan together and began moving forward. LoneStar worked with my elderly parents and me to get something done quickly. They committed to a specific course of action and time frame and were able to complete everything in that time frame -
Which was important given my parent’s age and another annual set of fees. They were very helpful working with the kids since my parents are not really capable of handling these matters given their age.

Lonestar Transfer has Excellent service, easy to work with. We were kept informed on a regular basis, of the progress that was being made on eliminating our time share. What else can I say, other than very informative, friendly, coached us well throughout the journey of cancellation.
