I have visited this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The menu offers a great selection of dishes and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful dining experience.

Avoid London Outdoor Kitchens Ltd

Arrogant, rude and seemingly untrustworthy (London Outdoor Kitchens Ltd is listed by Companies House as “dissolved” Jan 2020 due to compulsory strike off.) I personally would recommend avoiding this business but go for it if this is the kind of customer service you’re after...

After submitting a customer enquiry following exploration of the London Outdoor Kitchens website, I received an unnecessarily rude email response in the middle of the night from David Greyton, company director. Here full exchange for transparency...

Hi Victoria.

We did spend a couple of days just laughing at the ridiculousness of your e-mail... having asked us to install what is essentially a 'bike shed'.

Outdoor Kitchen companies do not work with wood because they are combustible... and we can't use them in outdoor kitchens.

The fact your landscaper can not build you a bike shed with wooden doors and a countertop perplexes us.

Once a year we have a ' what was the most stupid business info request we received '... we like to pick a winner... and then we actually sort them out.

Your request for an outdoor kitchen with no appliances... say that to yourself in your head... was so far removed from our outdoor kitchen reality... that we are prepared to design this for you free of charge and help you because we think you need help on a number of levels.

Your not the winner yet, but you are close enough for some 'make sense' instructions on how to get this done.

That’s uncanny David because we also run a competition for the businesses most likely to fail given their arrogant, out of touch, ageing male leadership, alcohol overindulgence when responding to client enquires, and misleading marketing materials. The prize is a comprehensive course in brand building, social media engagement (we can more than double your Instagram following free of charge) and customer service. It would really give your (albeit dissolved Jan 2020) Ltd company a crucial boost in these uncertain times where word of mouth is everything.

The deadline for entries was 01:36am today so you just scraped in with your late night submission. Bravo sir. All the very best.
