While it had become quite late to find a place in late August and no other decent places were available- Miss Nadia approached me herself and was very kind and helpful. Not only while communicating with me but was also very supportive and flexible during the payment procedure. I am very thankful for her and LondonNest.

Very Disappointed – Poor Service and Serious Privacy Violations

I have been living in the Helix building managed by London Nest since July, and my experience has been extremely distressing. The staff entered my room without permission, opened my personal suitcase containing important documents and money, and handled my belongings without any consent. This is a clear violation of my privacy and trust.

The condition of the accommodation is poor – the bathroom and plumbing services were faulty, and for a whole week, many students suffered from lack of water and inadequate facilities. The management’s response has been dismissive and unprofessional.

I do not recommend London Nest or the Helix building to anyone who values their privacy and safety. This experience has caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and I demand proper compensation and immediate improvements in their management and services.

Thanks to the members of Londonnest, a great job for their speed and dedication. You can count on them with complete confidence.

I would like to appreciate my gratitude to Nadya's help for organising my short-term accommodation during my education conference trip to London. Nadya has been very responsive in addressing my enquiry and booking.

Easier than expected for finding and booking a room :)

From the first point of contact until accommodation was secured, Saifur took personal responsibility of any stress and responded to questions and queries as soon as feasibly possible with full clarity. After securing a late placement opportunity, it wasn’t necessarily ideal to find accommodation at such short notice in the heart of London but London Nest made it no trouble and after the process I can truly say you can really trust the customer service to deliver.

Currently about to move into The Helix. I had a lot of stress finding accommodation as my uni couldn't provide accommodation from my 2nd year. LondonNest have been so helpful, especially Saifur who has been excellent in assisting me in booking a room and answering any questions or problems I had. Going to uni is stressful enough as it is so coming across people who are so helpful is great. I'm looking forward to moving to Helix in September. Thank you !!

I was looking to move out of my current flat as soon as possible, and the LondonNest team, in particular Saifur, were very helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to book a viewing in a matter of few hours for an en-suite room at the HELIX in Wembley, which looked fantastic and was within my budget. Although in the end I proceeded with another accommodation due to financial constraints, I am still very pleased by how fast and effective Saifur was. This really eased my anxieties around moving places, and I would strongly recommend them in the future.

I am renting a room at Helix via LondonNest. Accommodation is clean, fresh and nice, and 100% matches the pictures, which is a rare gift nowadays:)
