Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! Very stressful!
I had an appointment with Ash Shifa clinic at 66 Harley St, London W1G 7HD for an advanced health check on 1st of July and regret I ever went to this place! Firstly the doctor was over 30 mins late, then he forgot to do the ECG. They called me back to the clinic and sat me back in the waiting room for another 20 mins or so just to tell me that the doctor won't be seeing me and to come back later or another time. By then I was starving as it was lunch time and I was fasting as instructed. I explained to the receptionist that taking more time off work will cost me money as I'm self employed so they agreed on a refund of just the £20 which I agreed to then. Till now I haven't seen any refund on my account and when I email them, they don't respond any more. When I call them they just keep apologising everyday and promising the refund would be on my account on the day. They are full of lies! I already told everyone I know about this disrespectful experience from the clinic so my close ones don't fall into the trap and go ever to that place! The kind of tests they do you can get from GP easily and free of charge too without so much hassle and stress!
