Brilliant service; quick appointment and the most caring staff especially nurse Bea and Ms Meg Wilson. I have severe medical anxiety and the whole experience from booking to making payment was exceptionally efficient and empathetic. Report came back from Ms Wilson on the same day. Need follow up treatment which I am hoping to arrange through London Gynaecology.

Both dr Mez Aref Adib (15 Austin Friars) and dr Pisal (Harley st) are highly recommended. Professionals, explaining everything clearly and made me feel safe and in good hands. They were very helpful.

I couldn’t have had a better experience. The day of my surgery was so well run, professionally & personally. I didn’t feel like a number, and really felt cared for. Thank you so much. I am also recovering exceptionally well which is testament to the great work of all involved.

I paid for a package that included consultation, test, and post consultation. I was seen relatively quickly, offices were nice, consultant was friendly appeared suitably empathetic.
However, at the post-consultation reception asked me to pay for the appointment. I explained I'd already paid, the checked my file saw this was correct and apologies.
Then a week later I received emails and text messages asking me to pay for the post-consultation that I had already paid for. I found this very annoying as it seems they're not checking their own files and money is what they wanted.

My experience with London Gynaecology was exceptional. Ms. Swer, my clinician, was professional, compassionate, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

The liaison team was efficient and supportive, ensuring all my queries were promptly addressed. The anaesthetist was calming and highly skilled, making the procedure stress-free.

From start to finish, the care was outstanding. I highly recommend London Gynaecology for their professionalism and dedication. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!
