I recently hired The London Cleaning Company for a deep cleaning job, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The cleaners were punctual, friendly, and professional, making the whole experience pleasant. They did an exceptional job, leaving no corner untouched and even steam cleaned the carpets and upholstery. Considering the remarkable quality of work, the cost was affordable. I highly recommend The London Cleaning Company for their outstanding service that exceeded my expectations. I would rate the service provided by The London Cleaning Company with 4.5 out of 5 stars because, while the cleaners were punctual, friendly, professional, and did an exceptional deep cleaning job, there is always room for improvement.

We had an end of tenancy clean on the 30th September. Very happy with the service, and we were given reassurance by Monika that if we did not get our refund back from our landlord, they would refund the amount taken for the clean. Very happy to say we got our deposit back in full!

This business is fake and they are just a bunch of thieves. They charged me for a 3 bedroom house $7099!!! Can you imagine it.

The first clean I had with these guys was amazing. 2 of them turned up and did a fantastic job.
Today, someone turned up late, without the equipment I asked for. When I said I needed a hoover cleaner replied ‘I’ll have to come back tomorrow, or speak to management’ - not good enough - I have bookings….
An hour and a half later, after the cleaner has gone to get a hoover and mop, the cleaner spends an hour in the kitchen and asks for my review: I couldn’t tell he’d been there. Yes he cleaned the fridge but so many visible marks and just basic things like the sink not being cleaned. When I gave him reasonable feedback he got angry and said I need to speak to management as this wasn’t a deep clean I’d ordered. I called management, manegent pretended he was outside in the wind so asked me to text (I couldn’t hear any wind) - he didn’t get back to me and instead the cleaner picked up and left. 7 hours later I am still waiting for a call — they have been ignoring mine.
I got up at 5am to accommodate them being there (I wanted a late appointment but they couldn’t provide) and they have left me without a clean before my Airbnb bookings and didn’t even have the courage to call me back - it’s absolutely disgraceful. I should also add this cleaner was incompetent — he used wood polish on my mirrors and they are really smudged. He didn’t know what he was doing at all and had the opposite of a can-do attitude.
I hired this company because I wanted a reliable cleaning partner who would never leave me out in the cold as an Airbnb host. I made this clear to ‘Simon’ the owner.
But it’s clear this isn’t a professional coming, rather some guy posing, pretending he has a team around him and a west London office - when all he is doing is hiring cheap cleaners to go to properties and profiting off of it.

This is actually a scam as you think you are paying for a reliable service — that they aren’t providing.

I appreciate Craig helping to arrange for a last minute on the day end of tenancy cleaning. Div arrived on time and did a top quality job cleaning my flat, very friendly, very hardworking and very committed to doing the best job he can. Highly recommended and I will be using your service again. Thank you!

Having been let down by my cleaner, I had to rely on this company at face value to look after my Airbnb home whilst abroad over Christmas. Luckily they supplied a reliable service with great and timely cleaners. Communication was also good and I maintained 5 star customer reviews
