1st class mail takes longer to arrive!
Great product - bought for the other half's birthday. Good fit & he says they feel very warm - bought the double layered gloves. However, contrary to the 1-2 day delivery timescale on the website, delivery via 1st class mail took 3 days for product to arrive.

Wanted some touch screen gloves not in stock so e-mailed company. Reply from Alex Knight very courteous and helpful. Gloves were due in stock within weeks and when they arrived I was contacted and paid via link set up for my purchases. Goods arrived safely in plenty of time. Have not tested product as a gift but reviews promise the brand to be of excellent quality for use with screens in cold climates. Overall excellent personal service.
