Justin called when he arrived as we were not at home. The lorry would have been sticking out onto quite a dangerous road so he called his uncle who lives nearby to come and open the gates. Fantastic customer service, thanks Justin!
IPSWICH. I have just received the worst delivery of all time!!
The driver was extremely rude and aggressive. His language was abusive and threatening, lots of f****** words and shouting. He had already verbally abused another driver in the road and his appalling, disgusting behaviour continued.
He damaged a substantial tree at my property which I have been left to deal with as it is causing an obstruction and then drove off at speed. Would not recommend this awful delivery company.
