Steve made the whole experience very easy even though this vehicle supplier kept changing the delivery date thanks for your help

Very simple process and very quick from asking for the loan, to getting the offer, to getting the funds. We have used Lombard several times now and have always found the customer service to be excellent.

Right from the start Luc was positive and

Luc was our relationship manger. He was excellent. from day one. The communication was good and kept us informed on every step of the process. I would highly recommend Luc and Lombard.

He was very patient, helpful and informative. He helped me get a really good lease agreement for my new fleet of vans and he also saved my business some money.

Lombard paid the supplier very quickly. Within 24 hours, after I returned the signed agreement.

His customer service skills are excellent and he is an asset to Lombard.

My only issue, was that he can be hard to get hold of sometimes. But I fully understand, that he is very busy with other clients and he may be under pressure.

That being said. I will continue to do business with Lombard, based solely on my great experience with Luc.

After having a bad experience with Oracle finance and then Magnitude finance, who approved me then messed me around, I needed a finance company who could be extremely competitive as well as efficient as I had reserved a high end car and was desperate to get into it by a given short notice date.

Ruth stayed late on a Friday afternoon to look after me then moved like lightning on the Monday to get the finance through from approval within the hour to payout within 36 hours, allowing me to have my car delivered.

Having used many finance companies over the years then experiencing the poor service from 2 others this time round, I would thoroughly recommend Lombard and in particular Ruth for funding your new car.

Not even worthy of 1 star! We've been in a dispute with Lombard for over 8 months and we are now having to take legal action against them. In summary, Lombard released full funds to our supplier without us even having the goods in our possession! We then discovered that the good were not British Standards certified and asked Lombard for their help. They failed to help us and advised us to take legal advice. To date they are still not owning up to the fact that they SHOULD NOT have released any funds to the supplier without checking with us first. Other leasing companies have procedures in place to ensure that their customers have received the goods and are happy with them before they release any funds. We will be taking this matter to BBC's Watchdog. Lombard should not be licensed to offer any finance given their shocking errors and it appears that we are not the only ones that have been victims of their incompetencies having read the other reviews! We really didn't need any of this stress having just come out of a pandemic!

We had an finance agreement for 48 months but paid it off after 28 month. They still charged the full interest on all the agreement minus £420 early payment Bonus. Their term and conditions say its at their discretion what they charge for early repayment. out and out thieves steer clear use a firm which discloses early repayment costs or doesn't charge it.

We had the meeting today and didn’t go well! I can’t believe they are stupid enough to not understand that we are still pandemic and government restrictions still on! Made £100,000 plus in profit from our business and can’t afford to give few more months payment holidays. I will sell the coaches even at loss to pay off in full but continue to write reviews on everywhere until I close this finance company or at least they change the way helping businesses.

I have been with Lombard since 2013 and had several agreements and paid over £120K in interest only to them and never missed the payment. Since Covid our coach business been restricted by the government to work as normal along with many other travel companies. We have had payment holiday for first 6 months in four agreements, however we still paid two agreements in full which over £50K so we can keep remaining two agreements for longer payment holiday. I have been promised that we will be looked after as they part of the high st bank. End of the 6 months holiday we weren’t offered payment holiday and collected payment without notifying. After 4 months with several complaints in December they agreed another payment holiday of three months. This is before January lockdown and we are still in restrictions until 17th May for working as normal.
We started to talk to our relationship manager Daniel and credit risk team Stuart from NatWest from January onwards saying that we require further three months so we can start working and pay the monthly. We have had no support from the government and the lenders. We have worked last 12 years to build the company and an idiot relationship manager telling to seek insolvency practitioners. We want to stay in the business and keep going and we don’t have any problems except payment holiday until our business resume work. While I was working in other place we had someone from insurance company came to demand high premium or close the business and we challenged and got the insurance with another provider. So these lenders don’t know disturbing someone like me to do my own business it’s worst option. See what’s now going to happen I am going to open a new bank (not a new account) to challenge them. I will definitely compete with them. If this is not possible then I go towards politic to block these bank! If you think this is not possible, I have come with nothing and now I have everything! I want to do my business and you look after yours.
Offering a payment holiday for another 6 months is not end of the world but if you think no then definitely end of the world.

the worse company you might ever come across. no answer. issue not resolved. keep passing me between departments. I know it sounds like I am mad but I been chasing this for over a year now to know very simple 3 options. its normally take me a few secs to log in my other financial accounts to answer all my questions, but here, its a dream.

Took over 7 weeks to reply to an email. Useless !

Only had one agreement with them after a referral, big mistake. Lies, additional charges and complete disrespect in the way they operate.

I have been a customer of Lombard for 4 years and am on my second agreement with them. Their service is incredibly professional and the finance provided was very competitive. The online quotation tool enabled me to easily quote for a number of different vehicles and scenarios before I made my final decision. Getting finance via Lombard also enabled me to negotiate a cash deal equivalent offer with the dealership! I am a very satisfied customer!

I have had a few agreements with Lombard. Their website is very informative and the quoting function really helped me to decide which asset to buy and how to structure the finance.

It was quick and easy to get sorted too!
