Terrible customer service!!! You can't resolve anything online everything has to be over phone where the agents constantly hang up on you. It's a nightmare.

Too many interlocutors. We have to start from scratch with each one as a result a lot of errors !!!
May I suggest you send a form to the prospective client to fill online and then review on the telephone if any information or questions are needed.

Easy to set up policy
Easy to set up policy. Great discount for 2 cars. Recently had a broken window, got it replaced without any problems under the policy. Would recommend as an insurer.
