Logo Orbit Reviews

A wonderful company to work with. Lots of patience. Made me look good with my logo and website!

Worked with Logo Orbit on my business logo and website (youripconsultants.com). They made the million small and large changes I requested. It took some time due to all of my changes but I am happy with the end results. My business cards are beautiful. My website is simple (as I requested) and (hopefully) effective. They have also helped by giving me support after the fact. We've communicated via email, text, and phone. They also worked with me on pricing (yes, they gave me lots of options to get something fancier than what I needed) and I am satisfied with what I paid and the outcomes I received. Thanks especially to Marco for his kindness and patience with me.

I was very pleased it’s the logo choices and really love the one I chose. It was right on what I was wanting and couldn’t have come up with a better logo myself! Their time in completing the choices was swift and their communication is excellent. I highly recommend this company and specifically Eddie who I worked with.

We are absolutely blown away by the incredible work Robert did on our nonprofit website! From the initial consultation to the final launch, Robert was professional, attentive, and truly invested in bringing our vision to life.

His expertise and guidance helped us navigate the design process with ease, and his creative input was invaluable. The final product is not only visually stunning but also highly functional and user-friendly.

What truly sets Robert apart, however, is his exceptional customer service. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and his patience and understanding made us feel like we were his only clients. We couldn't be happier with our new website, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert to anyone looking for a top-notch website designer.

Logo Orbit is amazing! Our web developer Robert is truly amazing, wonderful to work with, super responsive, was very supportive from start to finish. We had no idea what we were doing, but they make the process easy, they make it fun, and exciting! This has been our dream to get our Tree Buisness going, we had just set out to get Buisness cards, but at the end of it all not only did we get Buisness cards, we got flyers, we got door hangers, and a website! It was all worth it, Robert is a professional, but is kind, he listens to you, and helps you understand, he wants you to succeed, and when you work with him, you authentically feel like he really is for you, and he puts his heart into bringing forth you’re vision to an audience. Not only did we get an amazing website, but we got a friend in the process, that we will continue to do business with and support, as he supported us through this journey, he literally held our hand through a time when we had no idea what we were doing, and he made this phenomenal website, that we know without a shadow of a doubt that this website along, with the business cards, flyers, door hangers is going to bring massive amounts of Buisness as time continues. Cheers to amazing professional who brought out our desires!

Robert Jones was the project manager on my website project. Providing the content and understanding how everything worked was overwhelming for me. Robert was very patient and got me through it with a beautifully designed and thorough website. I recommend working with Robert at logoorbit!

0 horrible - Check BBB rating before doing work with these guys. I think Robert's friends wrote these reviews. Robert was horrible to work with, horribly inefficient. Always a problem . . . family emergency, sick, blah, blah, blah. We asked for a new PM, he was just as bad. Would NEVER EVER work with these guys. We had logo, packaging and web projects with LO, the web project would take months to finish at the rate we were progressing. We had to move on. We have a dispute with our CC company.
LO's money back satisfaction gurantee is a joke . . .it doesn't exist except in the BS that you are fed in order to sell there lame service.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE!!!! They take your money, only communicate via text.. there work is very poor quality. I did business cards and then they got me to sign up for a website. I didn't do anything (give information or fill out their questionnaire). When 2 weeks went by I checked in, nothing was done so I asked for a refund. They will not refund my money.. It was less than 2 weeks and since nothing was done I wanted my money back. Sam Marcus was the PM and Daniel Lucas was the customer service rep that ghosts you.

The service was as promised and as requested. Robert was very helpful and knowledgable.

Working with Robert through Logo Orbit was an exceptional experience. Robert was top notch! He was extremely patient and attentive to all of my requests. His attention to detail allowed me to explore ideas that I had never considered for my website. I sincerely appreciate his talent and ability to see the vision that I wanted to create for my business. Well worth the the money spent!

The web development team at logo orbit made the experience very pleasant, extremely professional and even partners with us to continue to refine our website for a positive customer facing experience. It’s wonderful to work with a team in partnership on a custom offering vs. going it alone. Worth every penny, and came with the added benefit of a partnership in no small part due to their great leadership team.

Excellent services! Robert Jones was on top of it every step of the way. Website is fantastic and functional! I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a site. I would definitely use them again!

Robert was a good project manager and communicator during the website build

It’s hard to imagine any company giving better service to a project than I received on building a website. I had ideas and they were incorporated but my service provider suggested things that I would have never thought of. It seemed liked he worked 24 hours a day because every call or text I made was answered immediately. I asked for some major changes and all I heard was “no problem”. I would not hesitate giving this company a 5 star plus rating. I recommend them highly and hope that you get individual I had the pleasure of working with. He was outstanding and I have a website that I can be proud of. Thanks

Max is the rep to go to if you want to get anything accomplished. He deserves 10 stars with his rapid response and helps in whatever situation.

I was looking for a logo for my business and didn’t really know how to put it together. Carl and his team were awesome to work with they were able to come up with a logo that fit perfectly with what I wanted they also offered to design a website for me but I was already working on one so didn’t need it they were polite and not pushy at all. Overall they have awesome service, very respectful, and creative

Searching for just the right group or company to create my website became a difficult task and frustrating. So, I read recommendations and made contact with Senior Editor Brock Wison with Logo Orbit. Brock was nothing but kind and very clear just what Logo Orbit could offer my small busisness. He then set up a team of sharp editors and graphic designers such as Robert Jones and his assistant Matt as well as I'm sure several others were involved as well. I'm very excited to be able to bring hand designed and created pieces of jewelry to the public by way of a well thought out website.

It took a minute but we finally were able to get the website completed. Robert was great to work with when we were able to connect. It did take longer than expected only because of scheduling between the two of us and me not able to get information together on what the website should say. But we went with basic for now and it is now completed and looks fantastic.

I have been incredibly impressed with Logo Orbit for the quality of their work. Specifically, Robert has been outstanding in working on our business website. His work ethic and accommodating spirit set him apart. I am truly amazed at how he is transforming our website into something exceptionally impressive and eye-catching for our business. I am very excited to see the final result of his efforts. Moreover, he is easy to work with and consistently meets my expectations.

Robert Jones is a true professional—creative, kind, and always open to feedback. He takes the time to understand your vision and brings it to life with fresh ideas and attention to detail. Easy to work with and genuinely cares about getting it right. Highly recommend!
