Total Scam
They tells you that logo making is free, so you took your time to design one, and after that they wants you to sign up which you do as well. Then you can't download it anymore. They wants you to buy cards or order the logo to download it which costs 40$.

The logos are resold on and no customer service
The logos are resold on, there is no complaints department, when you want amendments they send you on a goose chase, and expect you to purchase further, not nice at all and no number to call

My New Logo
New Logo - I just set up a walking tour company tramorewalkingtours.ie and needed a logo for a Jacket and Polo Shirts. I found Logomaker easy enough to use when taking a pre-existing logo to modify. Its not as intuitive as I would have liked but manageable and the result was what I needed. Overall quite satisfied.
Easy to use and very easy to adapt to your color palette

We have had a mixed experience with Logo Maker.
We have had a mixed experience with Logo Maker. They did a fine job with our order for business cards and a banner. However, we are very disappointed and frustrated with our order for a promotional polo shirt. We have contacted Logo Maker twice and no response at all. I think there is a problem with the Contact Us form.
Updated to add: We were contacted by Logo Maker in response to this review, and directed to communicate through their Chat feature. They were not able to locate our order, but did provide us with a refund and the offer of a discount on a future order. Good products, but they need to work on the Contact Us feature.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. I have reached out via email twice for an update and I am being given ‘general’ responses and NOTHING concrete! For example, please tell me when I can expect my order and DO NOT tell me to check to see if my neighbor has it because they DO NOT! my merchandise have not been shipped at all! How long does it take to put a logo on 2 polos???? In ordered this shirts weeks ago!
Also, why does logomaker not have a contact number? I’m so disappointed with their customer service overall.

I have purchased several items from Logomaker, including a Starter Website. I realized that I need help building the website. I reached out to Logomaker via their support email. It's been a week and NO ONE responded. I need to upgrade to the E-commerce Business Package so I can get professional help building my website. I'm hoping through this review, I could have some one from Logomaker give me a call or email.

I’ve done a lot of business through…
I’ve done a lot of business through logomaker and never had a problem. I finally purchased a website and even got upgrades and it’s been down for over 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten a response...well 1 email stating they couldn’t access my account. I spent hours building my website which was fun and easy to do however all for nothing.

Was searching for a FREE logo maker and found this site.. Thinking it was FREE I spent ages making 1 for my self.. It turns out once you sign up and save your logo IT'S NOT FREE..

Unhappy 1 time customer
Well I should have checked some of these review before trying this site for my logo and business cards.
First the design of the card was very slow and glitchy, but I was finally happy with the end product after multiple attempts in the creation phase. That happiness faded quickly once I attempted to contract "customer service". I noticed an error (my fault for not checking thoroughly) on my email address for the business cards. It was using my personal email and not my business email. I immediately sent an email to hold the order and tried 3 times to call the support number. The support number did not let me leave a message or offer any assistance, it simply ended the call. When the customer care specialist did contact me, 2 days later, he offered no assist. He did post the logomix terms, but said the order was already processed. Interestingly enough the website indicated is was in processing but not completed.
So basically LogoMaker.com would rather accept one order from an unhappy customer vs. multiple orders from a happy customer!
Advice if you have already paid, CHECK YOUR WORK. If you have not paid yet.... RUN!
It been months ago I have signed up…
It been months ago I have signed up with this company ordering logos and the experience was bad, bad because when you encounter any difficulties, no one is there to help either over the phone or email. I thought I was wrong that is why.
Two weeks ago, I have signed up again for website and G suite, unfortunately this time is even more worse. The phone number they have on the website is only sometimes answered by someone who always said he can not fix or help with anything. Since two weeks, I have been trying to get help fixing my website and G suite but I can not and there is no one to fix these but they do charge my account for payment. This is worse and headache.
