Their logo services and website are amazing ....... but if you have issues they don’t respond quickly. You must have some degree of understanding or you are on your own. I have had my website live for over a week and can not get resolution to email issues. I continue to try to get them to respond but it has been a week without resolution. I am

With the publishing of this review I did get an immediate response and all of the issues that were outstanding for the last week and I now have access. My only observation is the lag time and the lack of personal contact via phone. It is a bit difficult in some situations to resolve on an email.

I incorrectly assumed
I incorrectly assumed that the files for FB cover etc. would be good to go without any further manipulation on my part. However, the files received required me to work in Photoshop to fit properly. This is not what i wanted to do.
The initial creation and options was great.
But using the files sent not so great.

Logomaker.com has zero live support contact options. My website is going to be held hostage all weekend due to not even a live chat option for support. Their direct phone number is +1 617-410-8530; the only reason I have that is from the last time I was emailed a response after a complete weekend outage. Do not host a site through them. You have been warned!!!
* Update after contact from Logomaker.com. They asked for my email address and account info 7 hours ago. No response yet.
