Don't expect any help with issues

Bought a pair of Leo headphones and I've had issues with some of the features not working. Reached out to support and waited a week for a response, replied to what they eventually asked. 2 weeks since I replied back to them and I'm still waiting.......

Hisense TV inside Loewe body

I bought a Loewe TV, Art 32, around 8 years ago and since the beginning the TV had software issues. Random Slow boot, very mess menu and some other Incomprehensible and unexpected behaviours. The worst was that after 5 years the TV suddenly stop to work. We Sent to the TV to the official technical store and spent 380€ for change the motherboard. The funny stuff is that the motherboard installed was not a new one but a refurbished one, Loewe policy. But after 3 years this refurbished motherboard fail again with the same issue. Refusing to spend another 400€ or more I have dismantled the TV in order to check if possible to fix by myself the tv replacing the motherboard. My surprise was once the tv was dismantled that the motherboard and most of the components are Hisense. Almost 2000€ tv and is practically a cheap Chinese tv. I will never buy another Loewe tv because the company nowadays is a scam.

Bluetooth speaker broke

Bluetooth speaker broke. They refused to refund. Eventually offered either bodged repair or a replacement. Said they'd collect and I have heard nothing. They won't reply to my emails. Will never buy from them again.

After purchasing my second Loewe tv at…

After purchasing my second Loewe tv at nearly £3000 I was unhappy with a few things that I felt were not as good as my previous one and so offered my feedback to Loewe customer services who after 6 weeks have not made contact,they did try to ring me at work and I suggested that they should ring me the following day but gave nothing.This is not the service you would expect from a premium supplier.

Terrible

Terrible. My father purchased some Loewe airplay speakers 6 years ago. They now are not compatible with Apple Airplay and Loewes response is...well, they worked for 6 years. Nothing we can, or are willing to do.

I've bought kettles which have lasted longer and at a fraction of the cost.

Stay away from buying anything from them as they really aren't interested when it goes wrong.

The Service is not realy the best

It is not so easy to get older Softwareupdates for Loewe Individual CH2710. The latest update is in some cases not the best for the owne bahavior of us. The PIP funktion is cancelt automaticly. But this was the reason for use the Lowew TV.

Also it is not acceptable to can not get the Multivison extern HDD für this series. CHassis CH L2710 L2712.

The Qualiti of Sound ist still amazing. The Quality of the Picture is very good so far as the HD Rates of the TV Stations come in right.

It is not acceptable tha a Device of this price categhory ist not possible to update.

I think here is the reason of the problems LOEWE is confrotated.

Made in Germany should be able to stay in use a long Time - may be as a device fpr 2 Use in a Holidaydolicil or whatever.

High spec TV's.

Loewe produces great long lasting quality goods packed full of useful functions. I have had a Loewe TV for 8 years now and it is still as good as the day I bought it and still beats the picture quality of most newer models. The website is quite minimalist I feel but the quality of pictures etc is great.
