I was sadly disappointed

I was looking forward to try the, what i thought was a delicious 'Kagebord' cake buffet. I will say the nybagte boller was really good and lagkage but i was disappointed that i cold immediately see that there was a lot of the cake that was not fresh baked but Cake taken out of the freezer🤷🏽‍♀️.. Next time it is Sønderjylland to try the real stuff.🍰

Cold as an ice-skate ring

We stayed here one night in one of the row-houses. It was February. We arrived around 5 PM. At that time the reception was closed and our keys were readily available in an envelope. No problems at all. The location is ok - in the middle of the village square. Close to restaurants etc.
Arriving in the two-story house it was quickly clear that the heating didn’t work. After adjusting the valves for a couple of hours I finally called the “emergency” phone number. After explaining the problem - and of course confirming that we in deed had turned on the radiators (duh!) - a janitor arrived about an hour later. At this point the kids were in their winter clothes with blankets around their legs.
After working the radiators for about 45 minutes the janitor concluded that the central heating was broken. He placed a heating fan in the living room and told us it would heat the whole house within minutes.
The fan ran all night but the place remained ice cold.
Clearly the manager had no desire in helping us and made no excuses or reduction in the price on checkout.
Service was way below an acceptable level and the help from the “front desk” was inadequate.

Smart scam

When checking out from "Løkken badehotel" (appartments) you have to account for your meter. In advance they have listed the previous tenants reading - with decimals !
Wise people notice it and pays x kr/KWh. Less wise people (honest people ?) don't. notice and payes 10x kr/KWh ......
Smart scam. If you protest it's of course with decimals and if you don't - yoy've been tricked ! Nice place beside that ....
