St Helens Branch - brilliant service from the team. I’d booked through ASDA Tyres and on the day of my appointment when I got there realised I’d lost my locking nut. Went in and explained what had happened and they were really good about it, they told me to just come back to them once I’d found it and they’ll get me sorted. Managed to locate it in the end and returned the same day, was getting quite busy when I returned but they still fitted me in no bother. Big thank you all round!

Immingham branch - Scott. Tyre blowout
Had a tyre blow out. Rang about bringing wheel in. Scott at immingham branch. Came out in his car after I realised I had no jack. Came and took wheel and replaced tyre. Cannot thank them all enough. Bank holiday saved!! Would highly recommend to anyone! Definitely be returning.

I went in with an issue with both rear tyres and received a prompt service from the guys as usual. This is the only place I go to when I need tyres or if I have and problems that need looking at. Always a great service and they are happy to help

Manager in Tyre Lodge St Helens made it a bad experience this time. Delayed my appointment (for no reason apart from being booked through Asdatyres) while serving others who were arriving later than me. Awkward and bad mannered individual to deal with.
A nice young member of staff who was free wanted to replace my tyres but the manager told him not to to keep me waiting! Weird behaviour but...🤷♂️

Initial phone enquiry was received with a polite response.
Arrive a lot earlier to get a puncture repaired and was greeted by Matt who remembered the conversation, advised that there would be a 30min wait and quickly went to organise the repair.
All complete in less than 30mins.
Great service from Matt, who is perfect as the customer facing employee.
I would definitely use if needed when in the area again.

Excellent service! Excellent staff, fantastic service! Booked a mobile tyre replacement yesterday. Luke called to let me know he was on route at 11:40. Had a new tyre fitted by 12:30. Would have been quicker if the card reader worked.

Blow out on the A180
Had a blow out on the A180 this morning but had no jack or tools. They came within half an hour of ringing them and fitted the spare wheel. They then took the perished wheel, fitted a new tyre ready for me to pick up the next day and fit all for a great price. The staff couldn’t have been better, really appreciated it and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great service!
I’ve used Lodge Tyres a few times and they are always very helpful. Today it was Jim who I dealt with and he (and his colleague) sorted out my flat tyre very promptly. They suggested I repair the tyre rather than replace it, and this was a much cheaper option which I appreciated.
Highly recommend :-)
