I extremely regret purchasing this printer. The machine has a critical, dangerous engineering design flaw in the print carriage that makes it unusable.
The impact guard (crash sensor mechanism) on the print carriage is positioned higher than the print head protector itself. The gap between the guard and the print bed is significantly larger than the gap between the actual print head and the bed. This means that if the carriage is set to the wrong height, the protective guard simply WILL NOT ACTIVATE. The print head will crash and destroy itself before the sensor even touches anything. On top of that, the entire guard mechanism is extremely flimsy, cheap, and completely unreliable.
To make matters worse, the company’s customer service is non-existent. I have sent them full technical proof, photos, and explanations of this structural defect, but the company completely ignores my messages and refuses to go on contact. They completely went ghost and provide zero support for their defective equipment.
Save your money, time, and nerves. Stay away from this factory and their printers!
