I was charged for a clean but no one came to my house to do the clean. We waited at home for the full time slot and tried to get in touch with Local Maids on the day. with no success. I have still not been refunded as I still can't get in touch with anyone. Calls aren't picked up, emails not responded to and live chat ignored.
Fantastic service provided by our regular cleaner, very easy to book and very affordable !
