I had an ugly experience with a scammer who provided fake proof of payment that looks so genuine and very hard to detect.
Thanks to the warning message on the platform that cautions not to trade outside escrow.
Latest scammers now have a way to clone Bank Apps to perpetrate their nefarious activities to the unsuspecting victims.
I did get justice from LCS because they live by example and that they are doing so much to put the platform safer for all users.
Kudos to LCS team for doing wonderful job always!

I had a challenge with my number not being able to save it on my account of lcs, and contacted support.they responded in one day and this was all fixed.

When I wrote my questions to support I didn’t expect to get an answer til the next day. About 30 minutes later my questions were answered. Support sent me links that helped me out. He was very pleasant to talk with and I was very pleased.

The support team is oh-so excellent at helping you to resolve the issues at hand. I would recommend this platform to everyone..all day and every day!!!!

This is the best p2p trading platform i have been a part of. They go out of their way to protect traders not only with their tech, but with great customer service. Just remember to never trade outside of escrow (don't even communicate outside of the platform). And never ever send funds until confirmed by escrow. Scammers are everywhere and very pushy and will try to pressure you into bending the rules of trade. DON'T FALL FOR IT. Study and follow procedure and you will have great success trading here. No better place to buy/sell imo.

Volume is slower then paxful, but overall the trades and moderators all work as they should, room for improvement but funds are safe and usable.

So far, it is the best P2P platform I have dealt with due to their quick support and ease of use. I have migrated from Paxful and so far I am very happy.

So far so good. Had to migrate from localbitcoins where I had been trading for over seven years. I was most impressed with customer support as they are fast and professional, lightning fast if compared to LBC. I am still familiarising with some of the features and think there may be room for improvement here and there but overall I am satisfied. The only reason why I didn’t give them five stars is due to the time it takes to fund escrow, which can be a bit unnerving when you want to complete a fast trade. Other than that all good for now.
