Ten out of ten for customer service - clear pricing, calls returned quickly, great communications, no pressure, no selling, very friendly and professional. And the van was great: drove well, clean, well maintained, good air conditioning and nice speakers. Used for a trip from Canterbury to Europe. I would definitely recommend.

Rented from them several times now; service always stellar. Last van had low break pads and squealed like a stuck pig. Called them immediately but it was their last van, they offered to re-schedule; but I had somewhere to be... When I got back the manager thanked me for informing them (as more often than not people don't) and he was going to take it; right there and then to get serviced!! NOW THAT'S THE WAY TO DO IT!!!! Awesome!
I do not have many times I need a van, but when I do I always use Lobster. I started using them after another local company let me down. The van I had was clean, drove well and clearly maintained. The process of collecting the van and dropping it off was carried out in a professional manner. If I need a van again I will be back.
