FANTASTIC

FANTASTIC. Really, thank you, i had no issues, but wrote to enquire when to expect my order. Your customer service was fast, helpful, easy to navigate, human, friendly, efficient and actually listened, responding instead of giving some weird automated response.
In a world that is fast moving into chatbots, AI and companies that give no access to customer service (or even put it behind a paywall?!!), it feels important for me to say thank you for offering such good customer service!!

Horrible experience with LNCC!!

Horrible experience with LNCC!!
My partner ordered a pair of boots from them, they arrived but unfortunately did not fit properly so went ahead and returned. We get a call from FEDEX after a few days that the LNCC warehouse is not providing the right documents on their side to received the package(?). We send this information to LNCC with a deadline and they keep sending emails back saying it has been passed to the relevant department! The deadline is now expired , package is in limbo and we are £340 out of pocket with no proper reply from LNCC whatsoever. This will be the last time we ever shop with them as the customer service is disappointing and we really need the assistance.

Not recommended, problems with refunds

One of the items was slightly damaged. After more than two months, no refund of the return shipping costs of 45 euros.

I used to love LN-CC - consistently awful customer service

I used to love LN-CC but it has become impossible to shop there with any confidence in customer service. The last three orders I placed had issues and the customer service is clearly instructed to delay / misdirect. I’ve gotten the same “your query has been shared with to relevant department” multiple times.

Most recently I was given a £11 store credit as opposed to a £400 card refund +£150 credit to a gift card.

Total shambles and frustrating as they have great inventory- but buying from them is a total crapshoot.

3 huge NOs

1. We paid for EXPRESS delivery and the package arrived later than promised.
2. You changed the number of items (I ordered 10 placemats and you sent 6). I have no use for only 6 items.
3. I asked for a return label., and you havent sent it so far

10 days that I paid for my shoes and…

10 days that I paid for my shoes and with an express delivery the parcel is still at their warehouse in Limassol. Dear LN-CC, that’s the last time I bought something from you. Any messages receive from the LN-CC customer services and about UPS very disappointing behavior regarding their service. Very bad experience!

LN-CC sold me a non existing item

I purchased an item online. The order went through fine, money was taken from my account.
Newly 10 days later, you informed me that you are sorry, the item I bought and paid for was no longer available.
We are in the era of information. I held a lots of respect for your company and espected you to have an live/updated information on the stock you hold.
I must say, I have been doubly inconvenienced. The money was taken out of my account and the item I bought is not available.
I would expect from your company to try and outsource the item than to let a loyal customer down.

Brilliantly easy

I ordered an item and it came within days! Everything was easy, they gave me regular updates and despite living rurally, my parcel came ok time and without complications.
The range of products is also great, and they sell pieces you can’t easily find on other shops. Thank you
