Having broken my toe on a slippy surface at a Total Fitness Gym, I had cause to use the services of LLB Solicitors. Despite the claim being made in March 2023, it has taken till now for them to tell me they cannot do anything for me.
They asked me to respond to Total Fitness gym's initial denial of responsibility, which I did, by sending LLB a several page report, picking apart everything TF had claimed. This should have been sufficient to further my claim, however, LLB said, "it is not normal practice to disclose these comments to our opponents."
What was the point of wasting my time by asking me for them in the first place then?
Month's spent awaiting responses from LLB when I could have been using another solicitor who was more capable of their job.

I had an accident in work which resulted in an injury to my arm. I got in touch with llb solicitors. The company I had worked for 8 years admitted liability from the start.
