I see you managed to order with us in the end after a failed attempt the day before. I am sorry that you had difficulties ordering. The site was undergoing maintenance last week but we managed to maintain a 99.7% uptime throughout. We are also changing the payment service provider and it is this that prevented your order from going through. When you set up a new payment gateway its always prudent to ensure that it works and is 100% secure with full and proper encryption before allowing your customers to enter their financial and personal details, we disable processing for these tests. We found a mild integration error and have swapped back to the original provider while we sort the problem.
Many thanks for your order and I hope that future experiences with our site are less stressful.
