Conned once again over a freebet dispute which has been rightly owed. This has happened far too many times. Total con merchants. Just take my word for it, they offer promos but in every single promo i have entered-my reward was never paid out yet they took my money.
As for Emma B, well her livechat was total lies and she as well as LS bet are in breach of position!

1 star is too good for this bunch of vermin. Just a bunch of thieves who steal your money, ban you when you win and even refuse to pay out winning bets. Going through IBAS to make a complaint against them. Steer clear

Very fair site. Odds are good for most bets and casino for me has had a very good rtp. I've tried a few and it's definitely one of the better ones with instant withdrawals

I've now been awaiting over 24 hours for my X2 £20 free bets to be added correctly to my account. I've spent hours on live chat and emails with numerous colleagues who have told me the bets are in my account on their side. I've troubleshooted over 6 times and still nothing. I was told the technical team would take a look and fix this yesterday and then today 24 hours later still nothing, for live chat to yet again inform me that they'll pass it onto the technical team again as a matter of urgency. Here I am still awaiting a resolution and fix to receive my X2 £20 free bets to be visible on my end to be used. It's a shame as I loved Livescorebet and was a very loyal customer. Update: received an email asking for screenshots I've already provided.

They scammed me off an uber eats gift card from one of their promotions and then banned my account. Other than that, it's an okay sportsbook with decent promotions, ive had no other issue in the past.

the promotion was essentially "bet £10 on ___ and get an uber eats £10 gift card"

After talking to customer service agents 4 different times - nothing.

One of the customer service agents aggressively told me over and over again to close the chat.. the other one said it's expired and refused to give me any other explanation even though the terms of the promo said the gift card would be expiring (iirc) the 20th of october.

They then completely limited my bets to the point where i literally cannot bet at all, my account is fully restricted, just after just requesting help w getting the gift card in customer service.

i am not exaggerating on any of this.

Recently I was playing on this casino, deposited £7.50 then played slots, Fate of Dead by PlayNGo, got bonus round, and then my winnings was at £5++ on spin 12th/13th, I have another spin with the scarab on x15 multiplier, then all of a sudden, the game cut off by itself just like that and I refreshed it and it went back to the original screen and my winnings are not added to my balance and I didn’t get to see the outcome of my bonus round.

Contacted support and they said will investigate and email me then they emailed me they simply said “ Thanks for your patience while we investigated your play on the Fate Of Dead casino game.

Following our investigation in to your Round ID: PnG_15487734199 we can confirm we were able to see this bet encountered a malfunction and apologize for the inconvenience, we can confirm your stake of £0.10 has now been refunded to your account accordingly.”

I was like what ?
I clearly showed my Game History where it the status showing “INCOMPLETE”

Then I replied them with more details and they said “ We understand that you have stated that the winnings should be £5 as such, if you can please provide a screenshot of the winnings from this round and we will be happy to further assist?

Please note that we have returned the £0.10 stake as per the last email response, as we were able to see this bet encountered a malfunction, and apologise for the inconvenience.”

Wow. Really ? They expect me to have a screenshot of a bonus round that got cut off to prove myself ?????

How am I going to do that ? Who here record all his gameplay just in case it got cut off ???

Game History clearly displaying the status as “INCOMPLETE” and they said there’s no malfunction ? I asked them if they have contacted PlayNGo and what did PlayNGO said and they didn’t answer.

This is not about the money anymore.
This is about the experience and imagine if my bet was £5 per spin and the winnings was £2000++ ? They just going to say “oh there’s no malfunction and show us a snapshot it was £2000++ winnings” ?

Really guys, avoid at all cost, look at the score here, 1.7 out of 5, it’s really really BAD compared to other casinos.

I won’t hesitate to take this to Gambling Commission, awful awful way to deal with a loyal customer and it added stress and ruin your day and mental health.

Removed cash out option when a bet is winning. Had Leeds vs Bournemouth 2 2 and Brighton to beat Chelsea 2 1. Both scores came in around 89 minutes then cashout disappeared. 11 minutes extra time in Chelsea game, kept refreshing for 10 minutes without avail and of course, Chelsea finished 1 3, with 3rd goal coming in 100th minute. Cash out option greyed out entire time. You know what your doing and its not the first time reading the reviews. Shameful. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I would avoid this app. I have been with these for over 2 years now, just recently I have had a couple of nice wins only to find out that I can’t withdraw the money back into my bank account, ‘for safety reasons’ what a load of rubbish and a complete rip off. Hacksaw game went to bonus me and livescore bet auto logged me out and when I logged back in it didn't resume the bonus absolute robbed wouldn't recommend

Very good company, paid me out on a double football bet, disallowed goal, but I cashed out, my mistake i should have waited until the goal was confirmed, i was surprised to see ££127.50 in my account, they see my mistake and paid me, 5 stars for you.

I never get the reward prize at Squads game, it happened a few times when my players have scored and didn't get any money for it. I tried to even contact them to solve the problem but they are so ignorant, so I had to switch to another one with is much better.
