Stay clear of this joke of a bookie. I signed up choosing the bet £10 get £30 in free bets offer. I received my free bets, placed £20 worth then when trying to place the remaining £10 of the free bets a few days later I was unable to as my stake size had been restricted to below the free bet size. Live chat were no help. Absolute joke and having read other reviews I'm glad I found out what an awful bookie this sooner rather than later.

Avoid casino games
Just came across this because i play a lot of slots on different casinos& these slots do feel extremely rigged. So i had to check the reviews& a lot of people saying the same thing.
I know they say theyve been tested for fairness. But ive seen so many casinos that you could spin for hours and would never get a bonus round and if you do, your not making more than 10x your stake. Its a shame because the sports section isnt bad. Just avoid the vegas area

The roulette crashes it doesn't spin and always loses.
It does first spin ok then any after it crashed.
Made a complaint they said nothing wrong even though tried on multiple devices.
Do not play the games on their site. They are conning your money and do.not care
The response is deleted all. I've done it on 3 devices. Still have same problem. Never had a problem with any other sites.
You just take the money and I don't see the wheel spin. I have to come out the game to see my balance is lower.
The thong is I've tried at least 25 times and it's also a loser

Awful. New customer offer is an absolute scam. Followed the instructions to the letter. When to pick the offer and it was locked out so you couldn't use it!. Tried to speak to someone and it's an automated service only and soon found myself in a loop.

Bad experience with another betting app thought I’d give this a go having used in the past with no problems. Opted in to a free bet promotion & met the eligibility criteria to receive it. Then informed next day that my account can’t receive promotions. Very misleading.

After being a customer for more years than I care to mention I contacted to make a complaint about the constant maintenance on the site. I was shocked that I was spoken to in a derogatory manner. So I asked to speak to a manager. There response was to close my account and retain my funds. Can’t contact them as no telephone number which there always was is now no longer available. Please no generic responses on here because you have ignored my 12 emails. Why is the customer service on LiveScore a law unto themselves spoiling which is without doubt one of the very best in the industry
