Multiple attempts to open an account…
Multiple attempts to open an account with telephone and technical support without success. Truly a disappointment. I can't imagine another banking institution having the same issues.
2026 May 8: No contact from the bank. Unable to open account again today. Same issue as every other time. Obviously are not interested in our deposits.

Banking without problems
So far I haven't had any problems with the bank. Also, I have contacted costumer service twice, and in both ocations they helped me quickly, professionaly, and the problems were solve.

Customer Service Assistance …
When I started I was having trouble signing in. I called the customer service number and they got me back on in less than 5 minutes, and haven’t had a problem since.
Transferring money is simple, quick and correct.

Pay Attention to terms
The process was easy. The issues came when the economy faltered and the rates changed. They would rather see you go out of business then help with renegotiating rates and terms

Wire transfer is very complicated for even same persons external bank or investment platform . Bank is not accepting transfer money even person name in account of business and also charge 25$ for declined transfer . This is not convinced online banking
