Very prompt in response.. used them more than once and they have always delivered. U can be anxious as you wait for the last 24 hours but so far never let me down

I think the fact that it took so long for the match ticket to actually become real was a major factor. All the problems building up to the game were completely wiped out as the admittance into the game couldn’t have been smoother.

Unbelievable experience. Tickets arrived days before the game so there was no nerves panicking on the day. Used livefootballtickets a lot and they’re so reliable

I purchased a ticket for the Arsenal v Coventry game. Had the tickets sent through. I arrived at the stadium with no issues until another person turned up with the exact same ticket as me same seat number and everything. The other person had an issue with scanning his ticket and wouldn’t work on the way in, but the stewards let him in as he was with other people who had tickets.
We spoke to the steward who advised that people are selling the same tickets multiple times. We were asked to leave as there were 2 tickets for the same seat. This was very embarrassing as the stadium was full at this point.

I paid £324 for this ticket and didn’t even get to watch the game. The other person paid £250 for his ticket. The seller had made £574 of scamming people in this way. This site is advised as genuine but clearly doesn’t check sellers throughly.
First time using a site like this and will be the last time.

This is my fifth times purchased the premier league tickets from them and here is my first time to leave the review. I have no doubt to say that this is a reliable, efficiency and honestly website for purchasing. With my recently purchased, encountered issue of tickets, customer servicer of Mike and Ryan extended a prompt service to solve my problem. Keep it up and will definitely consume ticket to you guys again. Thank you.

Having just purchased 2 tickets for Arsenal v Coventry City tomorrow 21/08 in the Arsenal End - at a total cost of £584.98 in Block 110. I was emailed and asked if I was an Arsenal supporter. Which I replied YES and also sent my membership no and screenshot of my membership. Livefootballtickets then sent me a reply and said my purchase had now been cancelled and I will now need to wait between 2-10 days for my refund.

I have never used a secondary website in my life, but chose to give it a go. Total let down and a rip off to hold your money.

I had to confirm I was an Arsenal supporter with 3 different people. Ryan, Ivy and Mike. I’ve had no reply from my last email. And those same tickets are now back on the website for more money. As their were only 2 tickets remaining in block 110

Amazing seats for the price middle of the pitch

I was first hesitant about buying tickets through a website I hadn't heard of but I was very pleased with the service from LiveFootballTickets.

I bought a reasonably priced ticket to the Arsenal v Manchester City Community Shield match and it was delivered the next day and successfully saved to wallet without any problems.

On matchday the ticket scanning worked just fine and I was able to see a memorable match in my home city.

Couldn’t knock it, I’ll not lie I had the fear it was a scam but once the tickets appeared on my phone I felt better and no issues getting on and enjoying the game.

Was sold tickets illegally. Was denied entrance to watch the game which I'd be overcharged to see. No compensation ir gesture of goodwill towards the travelling and accommodation costs of circa £200.
Would recommend nobody buys tickets from this website as you will not be able to gain access with these illegally sold tickets
