Doesn’t advertise prices honestly at Trafford centre. Says it includes the engraving but when you come to pay it’s an extra £5 if you have engraving on the back but on none of the signs does it state this. Also ignores social media messages. Not impressed. Won’t shop there again

I had a little predicament when ordering my bracelet for my girlfriend as i didnt realise the cut off date for Christmas, i emailed the enquires team and a lady called isabela helped me and provided me with customer service i couldnt fault.

was served by a lady - named Simra. Was too busy on her phone to serve, rude customer service- extremely impolite throughout the experience. Very disappointed- came with the intention of buying multiple grifts and left with only one due to her attitude.

I had been given a very special gift from one of the students I taught.
The necklace broke and I emailed LittleSmith to see could they fix it for me.
They emailed back straight away.
I posted the necklace, LittleSmith had it fixed, and delivered back free of charge within a week.
The necklace was in a beautiful little box.

Necklace tarnished and I was told by customer service: "Please note that with all our items they are not meant to be worn on a daily basis through daily activities and they will lose plating."

Very poor customer service. I ordered a necklace in BT2, asked could they do a Fada before ordering and was assured they could. Went to collect and no fada plus half the letters are blurry. Very poor quality compared to the ones I had made in arnotts at Christmas which included Fadas. No reply on email or social media. Would not recommend

Very disappointed with my necklace received it as a gift teardrop charm but because I have more too many charms some of the charms keep turning the wrong way. Very annoying. Would not recommend the teardrop, and when I complained they were less then helpful.
GO TO ARNOTTS IN PERSON, AVOID CORK/ORDERING ONLINE…
I ordered two 3cm necklaces online as a Christmas present. The quality was abysmal with chipped letters and words falling off the necklace - the specifications were not even correct. Both of these necklaces were made and sent via post by the Brown Thomas branch in Cork. I contacted customer service for littlesmith online to no avail, so I decided to go to the Littlesmith branch in Arnotts Dublin. Analía was absolutely fantastic and remade both necklaces beautifully for me. I am in love with the new necklaces, and the quality is a far cry away from the original ones. If you want to buy one of these necklaces, please go IN PERSON to Arnotts Dublin, and avoid the branch in Cork, they clearly do not have ANY quality controls.

Words cannot explain how above and beyond myLittlesmith take their customer service. I’ve had my necklace for over two years and it’s extremely sentimental to me and I wear it daily. The clasp on my necklace broke and I was utterly upset as this necklace means a lot to me. I got in contact with Jay who couldn’t be more helpful he ensured that my necklace was fixed and even went further to reink the lettering as this had truly faded to nothing from wearing it daily.
Thank you Jay I will truly have this necklace for life and I couldn’t fault the quality.
