Purchased a plug in wax melter , unfortunately after just one day the bulb blew , tried to remove to place another one and the bulb shattered and is stuck in the fitting ! Contacted this company so many times I get ignored , sent photos and get ignored . I want a replacement plug in wax melter . The customer service here is beyond shocking ,i paid £14.99 for something I cant use , amazing ! So im here to say dont use this company because if your product is faulty they do not want to know

I ordered a wax melt warmer along with a few fragrance melts. Order arrived in good time. When I received the product it quickly became clear the wax melts (neither brand I ordered, including their own brand) would be too large to go in the warmer pot. Therefore not suitable for purpose. I contacted the retailer on the email address provided and have received zero response in almost three weeks. This also includes a follow up email I’ve since sent. I’m now stuck with a product I can’t use.

First the candles are amazing however I am writing my review based on my experience. I ordered three candles and one of them arrived completely broken. I emailed right away and send proof with photos that it was damaged and asked what could be done. I offered to send back if necessary, I just wanted it replaced. After two weeks and no response, I decided to file a claim with paypal. The next day I got respond, saying if I cancelled the paypal they would send a replacement out. So I cancelled immediately, and send them proof. And it's been over a month, no email back and I can't reopen the case with paypal. So I would suggest not buying online and only in person because the customer service is awful. So I am out 20.00 with no candle. I really like these candles but I will never order online again. Looking through the reviews on facebook, this appears to be a big issue.

I ordered a flower sheaf from Little House of Fragrance and it is absolutely perfect. The price was reasonable and packaging 📦 💯 %.

Ordered two Yankee advent calendars on Saturday afternoon they arrived on Tuesday morning, Great service and a great price.

I ordered 2 reactive glazed pumpkin ornaments. They were both well packaged, well priced, arrived quickly, and were exactly as described. I cannot fault this small business and would definitely use again.

Grey swirl oval touch electric wax arrived this morning and it is exactly what I wanted. It looks lovely.

I ordered a cake stand for my little boys cake smash photoshoot and Somehow my house number was missed off the delivery address but was definitely in the billing address. They decided to send off the package anyway without a house number then when the cake stand was returned to them they only refunded me for the product and not the cost of the postage. I am now unable to purchase the cake stand again as they seem to have removed it from the online shop.

Very unhappy as now don't have a cake stand but still had to pay out.

Not great practice at all.

First time I have used this company who have a huge range of Yankee candles. They are my favourite out of all candles, best perfumes and I bought two reed diffusers at reduced prices! They arrived very quickly, well packaged and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I received wax melts hand made by Little House of Fragrance, They smell divine, they come in gorgeous little hessian bags , these make wonderful gifts. pretty shapes.
Even when not warmed you can still smell the perfume in the room. I am very happy with the Quick delivery.
I will be buying more in the future.

I only ordered yesterday and it’s already arrived today! Was quite upset when my own plug in warmer stopped working but managed to find some amazing designs on LHoF and I’m so happy with my purchases. Ordered two and they both came with two glass bowls and an extra bulb. Only £14.99! Currently got one on but hasn’t heated up yet so can’t comment the warmers themselves but I’ll update if any issues. So far I would 100% recommend Little House of Fragrance. Thanks so much! 🖤

Edit: I did only intend to come back if I had any issues but honestly, the warmer was so good I had to come back and say something. Such an amazing scent throw, it’s in my downstairs hall and I can smell it throughout my whole house. Highly recommend the plug in wax warmers!

First time I have used this company and very impressed , my order which was a box of bulbs for wax melter arrived so well packaged , deliver was exactly on time and all my bulbs work , have had bad experience with this from other companies, definitely use this company again

I used this company back in March to buy gifts for my mother. I hadn't used the company before but I was kept up to date with the status of my order and the products were perfect quality and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again for gifts (or to treat myself). I love to support smaller companies and this is one I'd definitely recommend.
