dishonourable and shameful

Hi there,

I have reported you top trading standards. Even though you list right at the end of product details that the play mat and hanging toys are add ons that is such a horrible, underhanded and devious tactic to show people and lure them in with such amazing photos with these items included. Especially when you buy the 3 in 1 you expect it to be a 3 in 1 not 3 ish in 1. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a baby company. It should be front and centre that they aren't included. Also you list the mountain tree natural teething toys as an add on but we got those why not everything else.

You should be ashamed of yourself. Will be retuning and leaving 1 star review everywhere we can to make people aware of this. We might not be influencers or any of that nonsense but its there right thing to do which is what you should do with your add ons. Dishonourable.

Totally makes sense why you don't have a customer phone line, such a red lag for a company.

Regards,

Robin

Don’t bother!! (Spend your money on something that is a fraction of the price)

Selling a product at a premium price, with customer service that, sadly, just does not match!
I feel this product is mainly aimed at Instagrammers and Influencers that want to post photos of things that look amazing, but are often lacking in substance or quality!
More fool us for falling for their (very slick) marketing-
We simply wanted something that was sustainable and slightly more sightly than the bright, garish, plastic offerings from other baby companies.
At Little Hoppa’s price point, you would expect a very premium product, with premium customer service to match- THIS IS NOT THE REALITY.
We paid £7.99 for delivery of our item, which, first of all, I wasn’t very happy with when already spending hundreds of pounds, however, so be it-
What I did not expect is to pay £7.99 in a day and age where many businesses offer free and speedy delivery, to then only receive my order a full week later!
Little Hoppa use FedEx as their chosen courier, who couldn’t find our property and even after several emails to Little Hoppa (who have the slowest response time) they would not refund the excessive delivery charge.
Their response took virtually a full week and reeked of arrogance and disinterest. The actual bouncer itself is ok, but it was very difficult to build (incredibly stiff), and combined with the price, the delivery issues and the terrible customer service we received, I would not recommend Little Hoppa.
They need to appreciate that if you are charging a premium price for a product, customers expect a premium service… They were very blase (almost sarcastic) in their responses, over what was a very simple issue, I would hate to have to contact them if you suffered any real problems with their product. Do not expect any form of aftercare.
My advice would be to look at alternatives that cost a fraction of the price, from businesses that offer free, speedy delivery and fast, hassle free customer service.

My granddaughter is now almost a year…

My granddaughter is now almost a year old. When she was a few weeks old I ordered a 2/1 little hoppa, consisting of a bouncing seat and a table which affixes to it. The bouncer came but the table was on pre order. I expected to receive this a couple of months later. It is constantly delayed. The latest delivery is said to be in December. Don’t believe it is coming at all. Be very cautious pre ordering. I wouldn’t want other people disappointed like this,
