Beautiful to wear
Very easy to use website. Items were delivered promptly. I am really happy with the two dresses I ordered. The fabrics are lovely and soft and floaty and they fit like a dream. True to size for me. For the prices I paid, the dresses look much more expensive.

Dress is gorgeous colours. The shops right now are quite drab so I was pleased with this. Perfect fit for me and does not need to be ironed. Really pleased

Delivery time good but returns policy is rubbish and so is the quality. Bought a dress with underlining and someone had obviously slipped with the scissors so have had to make alterations

Firstly on a positive ,my order was…
Firstly on a positive ,my order was delivered promptly . So far so good.However on return, my refund was delayed as advised they could smell perfume on the dresses.
I tried on the 2 dresses and returned the following day. .. so I question the delay.
I emailed the company ...I found them unprofessional,addressing me as my lovely.
When they said finally that they would refund, I then had to ask days later regarding this.
All in all, a stressful experience.
I will never use this company again.

Oh dear I'm sorry you're less than satisfied, I've just checked on this & you were refunded within just 1 week of the dresses coming back. Normally we are super fast and refund within a few days of the return being processed but the slight delay was because there was perfume smell on the dresses from trying on. Nevertheless we aired the dresses & refunded you. Apologies for the 'lovely' comment but we do like to be friendly, LM xx
