I am a 65 year old new to the gaming hobby reliving my youth I saw a review of a retro video handheld on YouTube and they recommended Litnxt so I ordered my first and then my second and so on. They have been so helpful answering my questions about the items , great customer service, fast shipping I have fallen in love with the hobby and will buy from Litnxt.

I bought an RG34XXSP from them a couple days ago and the service was amazing. The console was sent out a couple hours after I ordered it. They have an amazing collection of handhelds and I would 100% purchase another one from them again

I have bought a Miyoo Mini recently from them. Amazing little device, build quality stands out. Software set up is great, works flawlessly, games collection is amazing.

Their handhelds are great, run smoothly, and come packed with classic games. If there’s ever in issue with their products, their customer service are quick to fix the problem. Highly recommend for any retro gaming fan!

Grabbed a card for my trimui brick and it works like a dream couldn't ask for anything better it was super easy

Can't really review the product because I bought the Miyoo Mini for myself but my 6 year old completely took over it and just won't stop playing it :)

Multiple orders from litnxt, everything arrived perfectly and was easy to track. The service is absolutely first class, from helping with mistakes in orders (I've ordered so many tonnes already), to tracking, to after care support. Couldn't get an SD card to work in one device, and the advice and offer to replace the unit came through really fast.

Really love my Miyoo mini v4, Miyoo mini+, trimui smart brick, and GKD pixel.

The metal case and speaker mod for the Miyoo is so beautiful, and the 3D printed cases are excellent too.
Finally, crossmix/surwish cards for the services are a real bargain and save a load of time hunting for systems and games, the collection is superb, and I will be ordering again for everyone's birthday.

Had an issue with a device, and contacted their customer support. I didn't expect much, as it's an inexpensive device; however the rep who helped me would not give up that easily and was quick to email and offer help, ending with a replacement device. As I mentioned in a reply, I think the best way I can express the importance of good customer service is that immediately after reading that he was doing that, I clicked the shop link in his signature and began searching for my next retro device. They've got a regular customer in me now.

Did have an issue with an SD card but the customer support replied very quickly and were very polite, friendly and helpful, doing some quick troubleshooting before arranging a replacement. i have bought several items off litnxt , memory cards with their custom os , and a bunch of handhelds , and have had nothing but a positive experience everytime , if you have any questions just ask them! response is always prompt and very kind and theyll help you out with anything....and everything i have ordered has always arrived at my house in 2 weeks , which considering its shipping from China to USA i think is very fair
