Customer service was fantastic, not used locks yet, x3 and core but quality is very good

"To try and protect my Triumph trophy 1215 se, i bought two good quality chains from a well known brand, as well as a disc lock and good protective cover, i was appalled with the ease the low life scum cropped off the chains, i got the bike back thanks to a tracker that was installed, once i got her back the first thing i done was to purchase a litelock, wish i had done it sooner, to be honest the price put me off, however after the horrible experience of having your pride and joy stolen and with so much ease it would have been a small price to pay, since i bought my litelock i can sleep at night knowing there bolt crops won't cut it, even now i am considering buying a second one for that added piece of mind, i would seriously advise anyone looking for a bike lock to invest in a litelock, it is money well spent and will save you some real heartache, they may not be cheap but you get what you pay for, for the price of my two chains and disc lock i could have bought a litelock, they say hindsight is a wonderful thing, take my advice, do it right first time and invest in a litelock." i have now ordered a second litelock and after talking to them i can have one made using the same key code as the first, bonus don't have to carry loads of keys,

Easy to order and came very quickly
This lock is slightly longer and let's me secure my bike to poles and posts . This gives me greater confidence to leave my bike for short periods of time when out riding.

ANY DETERENT AGAINST THE SCROTES WHO try to steel our Bikes has to be a great start, Litelok X1 and Belt are the perfect combo to secure my Girlfriends bike as well as mine and easy to join them up as a larger unit

Been looking for something like this for sometime,
Highly recommend people to think, pay £200 etc…… for a lock that is pretty impossible to break or loose thousands of pounds worth of a bike!!!!

I've got 2 locks from LITELOK the LITELOK core and recently got the LITELOK X1 was dlvd on time and hopefully they will give me a piece of mind about my bike has less chance of getting stolen

My Litelok Gold has always been a problem. Sometimes the lock opens fine but it can be most stubborn and refuse to turn for even as many as 100 operations of the key. Instead of turning 180 degrees to open it stops at 100 degrees and won't move further. I've tried putting a little graphite dust on the key and lubricating the lock with silicone oil but the problem has just got worse. I've asked the company about it and they want to charge me £50 to put a new mechanism in it.

A great product, high quality materials and construction . Probably the best on the market. As soon as you open the package you know you bought something of top notch quality. From its weight alone you know you spent your money on something that going to save you from the nightmare scenario of having your pride and joy stolen.
