Everything done with computer report. 1 communication issue.
My car was collected, serviced and MOT , and returned to me . Cleaned. Driver was very helpful. I received a video of the checks being done and details of what was found. I wanted further information about one item and filled in a form requesting the info I wanted and asking for callback. This didn't happen. I phoned later and got the information I wanted but after the car was returned.

Gearbox service
2 stars lost, sadly. I never received any updates. Didn’t get a call to say the service was complete. I had to ring a few times to enquire. When I went to collect had to wait around for a while before I was seen to.
The car wasn’t washed/vacuumed. Had to go back in and complain. It was washed but not to a good standard.

Don't trust them they lie about the mileage and service history. Tripple check everything or buy from someone else. We trusted the salesman and have lost hundreds of pounds.

My car, from Listers, is now 15 years old. They still treat me like I just bought the car last week. The only place I trust to see me right. It's not cheap, but trust is worth money.

I felt I was kept informed throughout the time that my car was being checked. The lady at the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable and between us we agreed what "extras" were necessary and others could be left to a later date. She gave me the tel. of the man who could help treat some corrosion before the next MOT. It was good to return home in a VERY clean car!

Easy but expensive
Went in the morning, Car was serviced and returned same day.
Kim Baker was the service section receptionist, handled it well, she helped to get the service plan right.
Having said it was easy, it was crazy expensive for a toyota.
