Disappointed
I think the fact the garment wasn’t even posted in a box . So it could get damaged as it was put through my letterbox. It’s too expensive to be damaged . I didn’t like the fact the bag says what’s in it either no privacy. I don’t think it’s finished very well at one of the straps. But unfortunately I need it or i would be sending it back . The one the hospital put on me is finished off well . So don’t know if it’s a one off .

Outstanding Customer Service
I felt compelled to write a review as the customer service I received from Lipoelastic and in particular Ashlin, she was outstanding.
Ashlin went above to send me suggested garments, delivered items super quickly, made the returns easy and helped me find the post op garment that fitted me all while being incredibly empathetic.
I would recommend Lipoelastic to anyone needing surgery.
