Jeg lagde en ordre hos dem, sporingsnummeret virkede ikke, så jeg kunne ikke se, hvor min pakke var. Måtte rykke dem flere gange, og da jeg så opgav og ville annullere ordren, så var den afsendt, og det kunne ikke lade sig gøre. Jeg har så modtaget ordren nu, og det er virkelig skidt kvalitet, så jeg vil gerne returnere den. Det kan ikke lade sig gøre at få pengene tilbage, da produktet var på tilbud, hvilket alle deres varer er, så de sikre sig imod nogen sinde at skulle tilbagebetale pengene. Sindssygt dårlig kundeservice

Bestellt, bezahlt und nie erhalten

Ich habe am 30. November 25 einen Gold-Anhänger für ein Armband bestellt und bezahlt. Bis heute (07.01.26) ist keine Ware bei uns eingetroffen. 30 € weg, da mit Klarna gezahlt.
Absolut der letzte Laden!!!

Gleiche schlechte Erfahrung wie alle anderen! Klamotten sehen nicht aus wie auf der Website, absolute Billigware. Rücksendung nur gegen 30€ nach China zurückversenden. Keine Reaktion auf E-Mail. Niemals dort bestellen! Totale Abzocke dieser Laden!!!!

Betrug. Finger weg. Wochenlang kam kein Artikel und zum Schluss der Falsche. Durch Paypal Geld erstattet bekommen. Nie wieder.

Wäre nicht mal den einen Stern wert. 5 Wochen nach Bestellung kam heute ohne Vorankündigung die Lieferung. Billige Fake China Ware die heute gekommen ist, ohne jeglichen Lieferschein, etc - und Ring ist nicht Echt Silber - hat keinen Stempel!!!! Heißt das ist Betrug!!!
Habe in den 5 Wochen 5 Emails geschickt mit Bitte um Widerruf. Absolut keine Reaktion.
Guter Rat - Finger weg von dem Versand !!! - mal sehen ob ich das an einen Anwalt weitergebe. Klarna ist bereits informiert.

Da dürfte nicht einmal 1 Stern angeben werden. Alles nur Fake und schlechte Chinaware.
Natürlich bekommt man KEIN GELD ZURÜCK, da sich Keiner auf unsere E-Mails zurück meldet.
Mal schauen , ob ich noch die Lust habe zum Anwalt zu gehen.

Einfach nur schlecht .

Am 12.8. Ware bestellt, nach 4 Wochen Produktfälschung erhalten. Kurz gesagt, Finger weg.... Auf keinen Fall bestellen.
