Il servizio internet più pessimo (quando funziona), con velocità che sarebbero state basse negli anni '90. Il loro sito web è inutile, pieno di link non funzionanti. Il servizio clienti è inutile e l'area clienti sembra progettata in modo tale da non permettere reclami o disdette.

The worst internet service (when it works), with speeds that would have been slow in the 90's. Their website is useless, full of broken links. Customer service is useless and the customer area seems designed in such a way as to not allow complaints or cancellations.

This is the most useless internet provider!

This is the most useless internet service provider I ever use!
The customer service is terrible!
The technical support is zero!
Since 4 months the internet is diapering for days.
When I contact the customer service they are keeping me waiting for more than half an hour on the phone! When finally someone answers the phone, they will transfer me to another one, and again another long waiting listening this terrible African drums!
First the excuse for no internet connection was “the fires”, after that they started the story: “the router is old. It has to be replaced…” than the last story comes:
“The antenna should be changed.”
I paid for one year ahead and I am not receiving what I paid for!
This is complete robbery!
I deeply regret that I chose this internet provider!

LINKEM TERRIBILEMENTE TERRIBLE

If you are reading this is because we are in the same boat. Linkem is the WORST. Have two houses and contracted their service in Campagna Francavilla Fontana. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, go with TIM. Luckly one contract expired but I am still stuck with a one year contract for the other house. It simply DO NOT WORK...EVER. Contacted them many times with no avail.

Actual crime

Worst internet service I’ve ever experienced. You literally can’t use it for more than 30 minutes straight because it always disconnects. Besides the ridiculous service quality, the monthly fee is also pretty bad. Would really appreciate if the competent Italian authority would take serious actions to regulate this total nonsense.

I use Linkem's internet service when I am working in Italy

I use Linkem's internet service when I am working periodically in southern Italy. Their month by month payment plan is ideally flexible for a foreigner visiting Italy.

Recently, they repaired and updated my internet system very effectively at short notice. I could not recommend a better supplier to suit my needs and I expect others who like to live in Italy when they can.

Worst company ever

This sounds dramatic, but honestly it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company before. The internet was horrible, and returning the device was such a process, and even after they received it a year later they are trying to charge me for the device never being returned. 0/10 do not recommend

Filth

It's been since around September 2021, with an active contract since 2017, that our service strongly deteriorated, with a connection that keeps stable for maybe 1/2 hour a day and then either totally disappears or is available for about ten minutes every 20. Every time my senile father calls for assistance, he's either told they can only intervene exactly when the problem arises (hard to do given their answer times and the instability of the issue), or that technicians (that never come) would be sent in our area. Today I, the daughter, called, and they kept trying to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and trying to intimidate me into compliance like they do with my father, who ended up keeping the contract until now. I haven't yielded and they refused to talk to me. I'm canceling immediately. Bullies and liars with the weak, that's all they are.

worst customer service and a "legal" scam

After 3 years the I've stopped using their service today I had a call from a company for debts collection saying that I haven't returned the modem as contract(true, my bad). they sent me an invoice that I never paid. The point is that from 100 Euros now they ask me to pay 168 because I'm late. But they never even tried to contact me, they just sent a normal letter to my old address and never tried to contact me by email, pec or phone even if they have all of those.
And now? my only option is to pay and shut top because they are in the right but sorry I will never ever give you even a cent.

it can't be worst

after 2 months with continuos disconnection and an internet speed that matched the 52k i had in early 2000, they finally said that the problem was with the router they sent and want me to pay 50 euro to the technician to raplace it... if this is not a scam i don't know what it is
