Bought a honda lawn mower in January this year 2024, contacted them said there is a oil leak, after 7 emails to them they did reply to say send it back, but you have to drain the oil and fuel, I'm not a macanic I said, I said send out another bit they never responded and 5 more emails there still not responding, good service buying after sales very poor

Very poor delivery service for a Honda agent.It took ten days to deliver a stock item.If you require a part quickly use this company at your peril.I shall revert back to Cox Motors who are a bit more expensive but provide an excellent service.

Good range of parts, covering bikes going back over thirty years with comprehensive exploded diagrams, making part searching easy. If the part says "call us" it means that part is no longer made and you'll have to look elsewhere.
The downside - slow despatch, taking up to a week to get parts delivered. Fine if you're not in a rush, but a little frustrating otherwise. And right now, they need to use an alternative to Royal Mail with all the strikes happening.

Ordered parts for my Honda motorcycle on Thursday, they arrived the following Thursday with a Bank Holiday in between, they had to order them from the factory, correct parts arrived well packaged.

I have order the parts from ling's honda . It's took them 1 month to deliver . I was phoning the and there is always one girl answer the phon and saying your orde have been shipped . So much lie
I personal advice is do not buy from them. They are pure rubbish.

Beware, for the low low rate of just £90 per hour this company will damage your bike and refuse to take responsibility.

They lie, obfuscate, refuse to answer customer emails/calls when you query the work.

Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a car part. It arrived damaged due to it not been packaged properly. Called and email about the damage and was told I has to wait for the delivery company to call me to inspect the package?? Delivery company never called. Thankfully I paid via PayPal. So I opened a dispute case with them and all of a sudden they were happy for me to send it back for a full refund! I sent the it back tracked. They received the return but still no refund! So had to escalate the case to PayPal. I very much doubt I'll be using this company again. Very bad service and parts poorly packaged...
Update: PayPal found in my favour and refunded me the money

This review has been amended from 1 star to 4 stars. I ordered 2 small parts that weighed grams and chose express delivery. After contacting by email an apology was given for not dispatching earlier and a refund of the express delivery charge.
