Low Quality for the Price
I purchased a 3-piece essential Duvet Cover King size in Taupe. The material after just 3 months of use seems to be degrading. The duvet seams are separating and the pillowcases are pilling. The pillowcases are on non-primary pillows with limited use.
For the price of these items I would expect much higher quality.

We're so sorry to hear about this disappointment! From what you're describing, this could either be a manufacturer's defect which would be super surprising to us given the amount of perfect sets we ship and positive feedback we receive daily, or this could be the fabric's reaction to the laundering materials used during the washing process- it's difficult to tell. Regardless, we'd like to make things right! Please contact support@linensandhutch.com, and our CS team will be happy to issue a replacement :)

Beautiful and comfortable
I was impressed with the quality of the quilt which looks exactly as it did online and was the perfect addition to the room.

I like packaging and color but "quilt"…
I like packaging and color but "quilt" is extremely thin. Not much thicker than a sheet.

We're so sorry that your quilt didn't meet your expectations! Our quilts are considered lightweight, but don't let that fool you- they're still very warm! If you decide you'd like to start a return, please contact support@linensandhutch.com and our CS team will be happy to assist!
Poor seaming on a border, loose threads, on comforter
The twin comforter I received had a poorly finished border area, with lots of loose thread, and I think it will become more frayed with use. I wonder if it was inspected. I don’t look forward to having to pack it up to return.
Note Update: I was sent a new comforter very promptly in good condition. I did not have to return the flawed comforter. Excellent customer service!

I only received part of my order
I only received part of my order. According to the tracking information one item delivered to an address in TN (I live in NC). Supposedly it’s been reshipped, and I’m waiting to see if it arrives.
I’ll revise my review if/when it arrives.

Great customer service.
I received my order super quickly. I had a couple of issues with the charge to my credit card. I emailed and quickly received a response. I also needed to return the items due to them not being exactly what I was wanting. Great customer service throughout! Very pleased with this company and will use again k the future when I need bedding.

The sheets are very soft and silky
The sheets are very soft and silky. I’m very picky on my sheets because of being quite sensitive to materials. They are thinner sheets than I’ve used before but I like them and slept on them last night for the first time and was very impressed with them. Curious about the other sheets that are sold in twin xl because they are hard to find. I’m very happy with the sheets and glad I bought a set as I’ve wanted to try this brand for a long while now. I saved a lot of money on them by using a code I received in the mail. Usually they are too short and not wide enough but they were generous with their sizing as the top sheet stayed tucked in last night. Yippee! ☺️

We're thrilled that you're loving your sheets! All of the sheet lines we have that offer twinXL will have the same dimensions, so you should expect a similar fit regardless of the material you choose! :)
