The quality has sadly really gone down…
The quality has sadly really gone down and they won't do anything to help me! The sheets used to be so beautiful and soft and now feel scratchy and not premium. when I compare our linenbundle sheets from a year or two ago they are not even close to the same quality. Really sad that the customer service was shockingly bad when I did complain.

Sorry to hear this about your order. Just to advise that we have not changed supplier or the quality of our sheets since 2020, so you really should not be experiencing any change in quality.
Our sheets get softer with use/washing so the sheets from last year will feel distinctly different compared to a new set of sheets which will feel more smooth and lustrous to begin with. I would expect you to be able to tell no difference between both sets of sheets in the coming weeks, but if you are still unhappy of course please reach out to us & we will help rectify your issue.

Beautiful duvet set
Beautiful duvet set, the quality is superb, the best thing was the thick elastic on the fitted sheet, it tucks the sheet under nice and tight, I have a deep mattress and topper and it fit perfectly and didn’t move all night

I bought a bath sheet 3 years ago and…
I bought a bath sheet 3 years ago and used it for the first time then washed it. It has come apart at the seam. Pillow cases have frayed. Apparently they don't have customer online order refs so tough luck.

I was very disappointed
I was very disappointed with my experience.
This company positions itself as a premium/luxury brand, but the towels I received were far from that standard. The quality is noticeably poor, they are very thin, not particularly soft, and overall feel cheap compared to what you would expect at this price point.
What made things worse was the return process. There is no proper system in place: no prepaid label, no simple instructions, and no support to manage the return. As a customer based in the EU, I was left to organize and pay for international shipping back to the UK myself, which can be quite expensive and inconvenient.
Overall, the experience does not match the brand’s positioning. I would not recommend buying from them, at least not towels.

They cancelled my order
Some stuff I ordered wasn’t in stock, they emailed me asking if I wanted to cancel the order or stick with what was left, but they cancelled it before I could reply. Not sure why they didn’t offer or mention different colour options for the bath sheets I wanted. Also, it took several days before they told me what I ordered wasn’t available. Not sure why they’re advertising stuff if it’s not in stock.
